It was very clean and modern and the best thing it was that is just a 3 minutes walk to the gondola.
P.S. For who is going for the first time there is a gondola, also ski rental and you take it to go up to the mountain and then on your skiis you go down to the ski center.

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted.
Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning.
The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

Skiing in Kopaonik for kids and adults is perfect.
Skiing in Kopaonik for kids and adults is perfect. Wonderfull views from the top. Be carefull with the bills in restorants. It is expensive and they are adding plus things that you did not order. Also, you will think that is the tax specified in the bills and is not. Sometimes they add some tips and sometimes it was written like for example: bill: 2800 din, paid 3100 din, returned 300 din (as you have paid already). The foreigners will think that is a tax and will pay the highest amount stated in the bill. But when we asked for explanation, they said that is a computer mistake. Also somewhere they don't let you with your coats inside and you need to pay 3 euros for hanging the coat. The water is also expensive. Parking is also expensive around Konaci.

The resort is nice, but quite crowded, and there are queues at the ski lifts, especially on weekends.
There are many ski slopes for all tastes and categories of skiers and the connections between the slopes are well-organized.
Unfortunately, around noon, due to high temperatures, some ski slopes deteriorate and may be closed.
We also discovered the car towing service and the post office where fines for parking in prohibited unmarked areas.

Very beautifull place for skiing and enjoying in the mountain. Only thing is that you have to pay for everything like: National park entry, street parking (the air is still free :D) and also don't even think about walking, the street sides are full with snow and you have to walk on the streets, what is really dangerous

I chose Villa Kostic for my stay to ski in Kopaonik. It was great experience since the beginning till the end. Villa is being runned by Mr Obrad and his family who were all super friendly and welcoming. Mr Obrad gave me a lift to the ski centre by his car back and forth for a small price. Also the food was delicious!
it is a family Villa, super cosy and nice Serbian family.
I definitely recommend it 👌🏻👌🏻
An amazing stay! The apartment exceeded my expectations – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the main road, just steps from the first bus stop to the ski center. The provided parking made everything even easier, and the host's hospitality was exceptional. If you're planning a trip to Kopaonik, this place is a must! I'll definitely book again. A solid 10/10!
My recent getaway to Hotel Rtanj left me utterly impressed. Tucked away in the serene beauty of Kopaonik, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions.
I highly recommend the à la carte restaurant Odžaklija. The food was superbly delicious, and the ambiance was amazing.
Great hotel facility and highly professional and helpful staff. We arrived just as the skiing season ended but enjoyed walking in the fresh snow and using the spa facilities.
