The golf car takes you to the main street. The staff are very friendly. There was a driver called Sayed who was extremely polite and friendly. Lovely atmosphere, and I will definitely come back here again.

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of...

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

    The only complaint is the shuttle bus service.

    The only complaint is the shuttle bus service. Which is not really good you have to wait for hours to get the bus from Al Haram to hotel. I recommend use the local buses which is route number 4 and stop is Bin Dawood alazizia. Last and the most important thing most of them can’t speak English so you are your own very hard to communicate. It would be better if they hire English speaking drivers as they are driving the people from round the world.
