We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Jeddah! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What really stood out was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the smooth check-in and relaxing atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Jeddah! Highly recommended – 5 stars

    Its a lovely city with easy access to the sea front and great infrastructure including malls. I didn't get time to visit the historical part of Jeddah but the trip was really great. Ideal time to visit Spring or Winter.

    Saudi comes alive at night when it’s less hot. Great food, no need to worry about if it’s halal or not.. services that are visibly being improved and so people are helpful. I would definitely come back again and make more time for Jeddah. We went to Souk al Shatie and Baytoti for Chinese food..uber was cool to use..

    A city to discover : the old town is amazing, the people...

    A city to discover : the old town is amazing, the people welcoming (especially the famous app taxi drivers). One has a great choice of restaurants, from very cheap to very expensive. Walking is an issue : there are hardly any footpaths, every body drives or is being driven (included to cross streets !). I have not found any large museums but the city hosts the Islamic Arts Biennale !

    Jeddah is my favorite place for me, I have worked almost 18 years in this city. It is very easy to go beach, restaurants, markets and shopping malls. I love to eat Albaik Chicken Broast and many more different foods.

    I chose this Ibis international hotel after seeing a stunning photo of the swimming pool, but unfortunately, upon arrival, the reception informed me that women are not allowed to use the pool at all—not even for a one-hour scheduled session, as is common in a few 3-5 stars hotels in Saudi Arabia. (It was very disappointing—I should have asked questions before booking. I never expected this from an international hotel, especially one that's part of the Accor group, where I've stayed many times before.)
