Beautiful Bavarian town. Shops and restaurants are amazing. We loved walking around this quaint little town. We stayed at the Bavarian Lodge and it was so comfortable and beautiful. I would not recommend the weekend after Thanksgiving. The shops were too crowded. There were long lines and wait times for eating in restaurants even if you had a reservation. I finally bought some Christmas presents on Sunday. The music in the square was good especially with the bavarian horns. We've always wanted to go to Leavenworth, especially at Christmas time. The town and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Restaurants have great food options. Would recommend the Nutcracker Museum, Reindeer Farm, Tubing Hill, and the Rollercoaster thing (make reservations in advance). Parking is a hassle, so stay down town and walk to everything if you can.Guest review byAnonymous

Originally, I was hesitant to book because of the price but being able to walk downtown, the great amenities, the amazing breakfast, and alpine horn show made it well worth it! Plus we left something behind and they were very conscientious about getting in touch and making arrangements. Staff were awesome! Breakfast was amazing!! Room was comfy and lovely. Ours had really nice decor, two large Queen beds and a kitchenette area. It was really quiet. It is outside Leavenworth and out of the touristy bustle.
