It was my first time in New York and I didn't expect to feel safe at 1 am. Near the hotel everything works until at least 2 am and there are tourists on the streets. Everything I came to see didn't require me to use any transportation. Check-in was very fast, even though a lot of people arrive at this hotel all the time. Advice if you don't get your deposit, check your bank first whether it has released it. My case was problem in my bank.

We came from 7 days 5* hotel in NYC to Embassy. The reviews and fotos looked very good. I try not to compare the hotels as it would be unfair to Embassy. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Empire State Building View. The size of the room was ok / good, it had ironing board, Safe and a refridgerator. Size of bathroom was ok. Room was overall clean.
What i recognized, everyone from the hotel was nice and welcoming, the cleaners and others greated us if they see us. That was a nice experience.
We did not use the breakfast, it was mostly simple and as we are NON-US we are used to other things at breakfast. But the times we checked the room was full. We also did not use the happy hour / snacks thing in the evening. If this is complementary due to the ressort fee (nothing against Hilton but i cannot stand ressort fee as its a bit of a scam) then fine, but we did not need it.
The waiting times for the elevator was ok / good. Did not take longer then 3-4 mins max.

Location was really good, I really liked the idea of complimentary water bottles at the reception. And the staff was really friendly and helped us immediately when we requested to change rooms.

Rosa Mexicana restaurant toward Lincoln Centre well placed for city viewing (tip-sit outside). Red Flame diner next to hotel great local venue.

New York is absolutely an incredible city, full of energy, vibe, and beauty. OMG, I really want to go back and explore more! Next time, I’d love to take a slower-paced trip to soak in even more of what the city has to offer.
New York is unique with its iconic skyscrapers, beautiful parks nestled between buildings, vibrant streets, and an amazing subway system that connects every part of the city. It truly stands out! I loved the multicultural atmosphere and seeing people from all around the world.
I’m so thankful for my trip and genuinely hope to return for more unforgettable experiences in NYC.

So much to see and do.
So much to see and do. Husband was in a wheelchair and walking/rolling along city streets was easy. Getting a cab was a different story. We used a cab app that allows you to request a wheelchair accessible vehicle and too many times drivers would accept the business but then show up in a WAV but decline to pick us up because they didn’t know how to use their own equipment. We went to see Hamilton (EXCELLENT), we went to Birdland to see Count Basie and his Orchestra (EXCELLENT). We ate about 5 blocks from the hotel at EATALY two times which was very good and great shopping for culinary gifts to bring home. Had dinner at Azaleas near the Theatre district and it was also very good.

I have visited a few times before and always loved my stay.
Look carefully at what you want to do and see in the city and book accommodation accordingly.
One important tip, ‘New York City is very expensive!’

The skyscrapers!
The skyscrapers! The night view of the city lights and seeing the STATUE OF LIBERTY illuminated while cruising the Hudson river. Absolutely breath-taking! A sentimental moment for me was seeing the 911 Memorial, I re-experienced the 911 tragedy all over again.

The location; the hotel was at the heart of midtown manhattan, 28TH ST station was around the corner but penn station and Times Square were a short walk.
The view; Even though my room was on the 23rd floor, i still had a great view of downtown, and i could even see the statue of liberty.
Breakfast was a typical american breakfast with a lot of bagels and although it was christmas and not a lot of space, i didn't have to wait long for a table.
The hotel is in the best location I've stayed in yet in New York. It's only a short walk from all major attractions - Times square, Bryant Park, Madison square garden and the summit one. The hotel staff were great couldn't do enough for us. Room was small but same as higher priced hotel rooms in New York. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.
The location of this hotel is great, so convenient to subway, trains, Times Square, Madison Square Garden and major attractions. We were able to walk to a lot of places or take subway/bus to explore Manhattan easily. The kitchen came in handy as well when we are stuck in the hotel quite often.
Beautiful hotel in Manhattan, very clean, friendly and helpful staff from the reception to bell desk. Everything was near on walking distance in Times Square the broadway. Penn station few 2 minutes walk. I will definitely stay again if I get a good rate.
Room has all the basic amenities, except a minifridge. Great view of the Manhattan skyline. Location is very central, short walk to the Flatiron district, Penn station and Times Square. Cheapest hotel in this area.
