We had a good experience.
We had a good experience. We were allocated a room, but after some time, we found that the toilet was clogged. We talked to reception, and they transferred us to another room immediately. The room was clean, and the towels and bedsheets were nice and clean. We had breakfast in the morning, which was great. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would love to stay again in the future. The airport was too close and Niagara Falls was 10 minutes by car.Guest review byAnil - 10.0

Taking the Niagara Falls tour bus made the one day experience so very convenient to get to all of the major attractions. We probably would have enjoyed a little bit more time at the attractions because we are a little bit older and it takes us longer to walk around. The next time we will definitely be prepared to be able to go over to the Canada side which will make the illumination of the falls more visible. It was very difficult finding the right spot to get a view of the falls from the US side. We would highly recommend the Three Sisters Cafe at the casino for a great meal within a short walk of the Hampton Hotel. Our overall experience was great.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 10.0

The falls were beautiful and the walking trails were great with great views of rapids leading to the falls. We rode the trolley which was a nice way to also take in the sights. The falls are great and beautiful.
The falls are great and beautiful. The trip with the maid of the mist is an absoltely must and not expensive. We were at the american site and it had it all. The city is ugly and not cosy, but maybe it was because we were there in may. The suburb area is a ruïne.Guest review byTreaNetherlands - 8.0

The Falls are impressive with numerous photo ops.
The Falls are impressive with numerous photo ops. The Maid boats weren't operating due to upstream ice. You probably need to come after 1st May so that they were operating. The $3/person hopon/off trolley bus was handy but you had to go to the visitor centre for tickets (more ticket places should be available later in the year. Not many shops or restaurants in the area.
