It wasn't necessary to check in or check out as we do with other motels. We just drove straight to our room. Everything is taken care of through text or email, which was a very easy and convenient process. The room was exceptionally clean, there was coffee, a refrigerator, and good TV cable or dish channels that included apps such as Netflix and others. The room was very nice and clean. It was very comforting to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck. There is really no contact with staff besides at breakfast. Check in is contact less and it was a phone call at the front desk but the easiest and fastest process I've ever experienced, compared to past experiences in this type of checkin.
