This was a last-minute stay due to a flight cancellation, meaning we had to overnight in Belgrade. As a result we only spent 4 hours in the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was great - hot and plentiful. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and realised we were very tired from long travel, and gave us a room upgrade. We can't comment about the location other than to say that it is reasonably close to the airport. The only downside for us was that the previous room occupant was obviously a heavy smoker, and must have smoked a whole carton in the room. I admit I didn't check to ensure we had a non-smoking room, but there was no ash tray provided in the room, so we assume the previous occupant just did what they liked.

I recently booked 17 rooms at this hotel for a business trip, and every one of my colleagues commented on how impressed they were with both the rooms and the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond in helping us arrange tours and transfers. The hotel’s location was ideal—central yet very peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Also, the breakfast at their sister property, Hotel Rum, was absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is nice, tidy, clean. The room was really big, the beds were comfortable, the only annoying thing was the air conditioning, because it couldn't be turned off completely. The breakfast was okay, only the bread could have been fresher. The hotel has a good location if you want to be close to the Puskas Arena and the park, and it's quite a walk to the center. There is also a shop a few meters away from the hotel. It's great that the hotel has an underground garage.

Friendly service. Helped advice on Thermal Baths and booking. Nearby cafe and bakery are my regular breakfast places. Free bottle of champagne is a nice gesture. :) Room spacious and clean. Very quiet too.

    There is so much to see and do in the city.

    There is so much to see and do in the city. The hop on/off bus was great to get around and really good value. There are so many good places to eat but our favourite was 'Trofea'. The choice and quality of the buffet food was spot on. The staff were super nice as well. The thermal spa was beautiful and we had a wonderful day there. The architecture of the city was stunning along with its history. We would highly recommend the house of terror. Not as the name might suggest initially but it was a place where it gave the history of the city.

    The city is a contradiction with mix of old, historic, brutal socialist architecture. Elegant building of late 19 century look over streets that have seen both beauty and. conflict. The street graffiti tellling but mixed with ‘tagging’. What was incongruous is that elegant trendy bars restaurants live side by side these expressions of ‘wall art’. But it works. In all Belgrade reminded me of Berlin east and west. Definetly worth an encore.

    The art gallery is very good.

    The art gallery is very good. Everybody should experience a tram ride up to the Grottenbahn - it's not just for children. There is an excellent transport service. Be sure to get a Linz Pass so that you can use it for travel & discounts at various places. Josef is a good restaurant in a nice setting.

    Stari grad - good atmosphere and nice buildings; Danube park - recommended; the Museum of Vojvodina - rich museum exhibition; Petrovaradin fortress - place for walking with spectacular view; City Museum of Novi Sad -must see - bunar/ well and installations inspired by Mileva; The Space museum highly recommended for everyone a comprehensive and rich story for the space and our galaxy; the Gallery of Matica Srpska also must visit, rich collection, wonderful atmosphere; Novi Sad Synagogue :) good restaurants with delicious food

    In Passau, one can walk just about everywhere, but I'd take a taxi from the train station to your hotel. We loved Sello's cafe near St. Paul's church and The Ratskeller near the town hall. It was fun to look at the river cruise ships parked right along the village docks. Don't miss the hike to the old castle across the river as there is a spectacular view of the town from there.

    Krems is a fantastic city.

    Krems is a fantastic city. Lots of sights, leisure and entertainment options. There is a very high-quality bicycle path along the Danube, it is easy to get to the equally beautiful neighboring Dürnstein or the other towns by bicycle. The baroque atmosphere of Krems is very captivating. It is a perfect destination for a shorter or longer stay as well.

    Ruse is a little gem.

    Ruse is a little gem. Have a car so that you can also go to the fortress at Cherven; and to the 2 Rock Monastaries. Wear sturdy shoes. In the evening have stroll to the Park, it's so family friendly for all ages.

    Melk is a beautiful town along the Danube river.

    Melk is a beautiful town along the Danube river. Its small, quaint, and historic. We spent a day in Melk and a day riding bikes in the Wachau valley. The abbey in Melk is beautiful. Definitely take the tour! We rode bikes to Krems and rode the bus back to Melk. We rented bikes from Wachau Touristik located on Pioneerstrasse 1 down by the river. They were fantastic to work with and had our reservation ready when we got there early in the morning. Melk is easily accessible by OBB train and on the route to Salzburg. You can easily walk to downtown Melk and most of the hotels and pensions right from the train station.

    Galati was special, two days was a bit short. - We took an early morning ferry over the Danube and back as foot passengers before breakfast. Fabulous sunrise, nice adventure. - Evening walk along the Faleza with beautiful impressing sculptures from the seventies. - Recommend restaurant Blue Acqua, good athmosphere and delicious fish dishes. Vegetarian options too. 20 minutes walk from the hotel along the Faleza. - We went sightseeing some fascinating abandoned steel industry areas.

    Esztergom is a beautiful historical town. People are friendly here, as in most of Hungary. Excellent shopping and dining options. Sometimes there is a problem with parking down in the city. Very good parking options around the basilica.
