- squeaky clean and spick and span;

AustraliaWhat a perfect little oasis Simmone and Marcus have made here !!! From the moment we walked through the gate and into the garden I knew this was something special. We got the most warmest welcome and informative run down of everything to do in the area from Simmone and Max (furr baby) and the best places to eat (Palms Restaurant) straight across the road was amazing, friendly and quality food made with love! The 1st thing I noticed upon entry of checkin was the smell of fresh baking 😋 Simmone made the most amazing granola for breakfast I have ever tasted! The room was beautiful and clean with so much attention to detail. Beautiful new bathroom, every little detail thought of. The bed, pillows and linen were 1st class. 11/10 from us, would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Not a thing to fault!!! Thankyou Simmone and Marcus 💐

The penguins were an essential visit and didn’t disappoint. Lots of wildlife to see. Local venues had live music and the food was wonderful. Only draw back is Cowes seems to shut down after 10pm, so need your own entertainment after that, we just listened to the ocean and relaxed.Guest review byAngela - 4.0

The location & The Resort itself was great. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic. The apartment was the total opposite as described above. When we contacted Rachael regarding no hairdryer, milk, tea or coffee her reply was no milk coffee or hairdryer supplied although sometimes the previous guests sometimes leave milk etc. which would be left in the fridge! The staff were most helpful and informative. I was notified by message if/when changes were made. My only objection would perhaps be no electric frying pan in the Cabin. Lovely modern home with lovely touches. Disappointed with cleanliness of balcony as it hadn’t been cleaned, it was dirty and greasy not just covered in sand from beach. Lovely place, very quiet area, however not too far from the tavern if you wanted to go out for a meal. 15-20 minutes from Cowes on the Island where there are restaurants, a shopping centre and petrol stations. The main beach is beautiful, with a ramp for all abilities (and dog) access. Dogs are allowed on lead at the beach at specific times. The water and sand are clean. There are rockpools to explore at low tide. Smiths Beach General Store provides for basic provisions during the day. Cowes is a lovely shore side town on Phillip Island.
Cowes is a lovely shore side town on Phillip Island. It is at the far end of the island from the bridge to cross over to the island.
