The room was good and comfortable.
The room was good and comfortable. The shower handle was not working right. The front desk clerk came to the room and got violent with the handle, and then it worked. It would only work if you applied a LOT of pressure to it. I was afraid I was breaking it. The restaurant was over-the-top great. WOW.Guest review byGregoryUnited States - Review score
Terrible customer service at the reception.
Terrible customer service at the reception. My card was charged 3 times for the authorization and then again for the stay even though I clearly mentioned that I wanted to pay with a different card. Old hotel with old facilities, no even bottled water in the room.Guest review byLiliaCanada - Review score
Canmore was a perfect location for access to national parks,...
Canmore was a perfect location for access to national parks, Lake Lousie, golf courses and Banff, yet quieter and more relaxed than the town of Banff which was very busy. Plenty of great food options and shopping as well as nice to walk around.Guest review bySuzanneAustralia - Review score
We went to Edmonton in February on a whim for a holiday.
We went to Edmonton in February on a whim for a holiday. Of course it was cold but as long as you are prepared for it, it is fine. We even enjoyed outdoor activities. The roads are quite confusing so GPS was a must for us. We enjoyed a hockey game, West Edmonton Mall, the Conservatory, the RAM, and the zoo. And Jasper National Park is only a 3 &1/2 hour drive away. Close enough for a day trip where we saw lots of wildlife.Guest review byBrendaCanada - Review score
Jasper has been ravaged by the wildfires in 2024.
Jasper has been ravaged by the wildfires in 2024. Reconstruction is well underway in the township, however thousands of hectares of forests are decimated. It is a stark reminder that nature rules. Definitely worth a visit to show support for the local community as they rebuild. It is very easy to walk round Jasper in a couple of hours. The terrain is flat with wide sidewalks suitable for less able visitors. There are plenty of coffee shops and gift shops although these do become repetitive.Guest review byANTHONYUnited Kingdom - Review score

It is a small city in a beautiful location along the banks of the South Saskatchewan River. It has a long history of producing pottery, bathroom and kitchen porcelain fixtures, as well as high-quality bricks. There are more than 100 kilometres of walking and bike paths along the river and through the hills. The city is a major shopping hub for the area and has all of the big box stores, a thriving light industry, and farm suppliers. It has some ot the best year-round climate in Canada. It is a great city to visit, or to live in, and raise a family.Guest review by1patrickCanada - Review score
This isn't really a fair question.
This isn't really a fair question. Lethbridge was home to me for most of my life until I moved away 18 years ago. We came back to celebrate my 80th birthday with family and friends and spent the week visiting with so many of them. It really was coming home and I enjoyed every minute. I wholeheartedly recommend Lethbridge - there is lots to do even though we didn't really "do" much given the purpose of our visit. Paradise Canyon was a great home base for us.Guest review byLawrenceCanada
