Gentlemen running the hotel was always easy to access. Was not able to be there when checking in but made sure we had code to get in front door and had all keys prepare to access room. Pleasant person super English.

It was so clean, cute, close to a really beautiful castle, price was good, staff was amazing . We asked to check in late, check out a little late and we were accommodated. Really wished we could have spent more than one night.
