The staff was super professional and friendly, 5 stars. The food in half-board buffet was very nice and abundant. The location is the best for a stay in the Eagle Mountains. The room was big and very comfortable.

The house is in a nice location, quiet area, in the middle of the forest on a top of a hill. Room was big enough, wardrobes, kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom. All accessories were there. Wellness was available in the morning, Staff was super kind and helpful.

Location is excellent, we were there to ski and hotel is right across ski slope ! Room was nice reasonably clean and nice wooden beds and bedding. It was roasting hot and cosy. There is big ski and boot room downstairs to dry ski boots. Breakfast was lovely, continental and plenty. Very nice restaurant in hotel downstairs, lovely local beer and wine. Food was great and good value. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Mostly families with children so it was quiet at night. No drunk parties, very homely and civil.
