Tobermory is nice.
Tobermory is nice. But the tiny windowless mixed dorm at Harbour Guest House was a nightmare. My review was followed by a blast from manager Amy (I never met her) who blasted me without knowing my experience. The manager I met was very blunt in his condemnation of my concerns. Amy says I refused a refund. Not true. The manager refused, saying I had to email booking.com and maybe they would refund me. I found somewhere else to stay and never stayed in that pit. P.S. comments from the "nice elderly gentleman" were uncomfortable for me. I expect I will hear again from the manager who I never met.Guest review byGlennaCanada - 10.0
The spa hotel is a gorgeous place to stay.
The spa hotel is a gorgeous place to stay. Craignure has beautiful nature whilst also being close to the ferry terminal. A wonderful relaxing and restorative place to stay especially after a day exploring Mull, Iona and Staffa.Guest review byJenniferUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The Abbey and its history.
The Abbey and its history. There are next to no cars on the island so you have to be equipped for the weather and long hikes. The people - both tourists and islanders are very friendly. The island is quite pristine - we didn't see any rubbish strewn about.Guest review byVivienUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Lovely, clean and comfy pod.
Lovely, clean and comfy pod. It has everything you need for a luxury camping experience. Good shower. Amazing views in an idillic setting. Sunsets were stunning! Parking is not beside your pod though so consider the walk up a relatively steep path.Guest review byGillianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It was easy to cycle to the ferry for Iona and we were also able to travel around the island by car, but the roads can be tricky if it is busy. We also had a problem with sea water coming over the road on one occasionGuest review byGrahamUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Tash and Craig were fabulous hosts.
Tash and Craig were fabulous hosts. Home difficult to find, but worth the one track drive. Breakfast was best in 18 days in Scotland Craig is a fabulous chef and he never disappointed us. Tash always offered suggestions for sightseeing and detailed driving directions. Thank u Tash and CraigGuest review byRuddick - 8.0
A good location to explore Ross of Mull and Mull South.
A good location to explore Ross of Mull and Mull South. There is not much in way of shops until Craignure and Salen. Definately get some mussels from the Mussel shack up the road to cook up in But n Ben. For walking the dogs Loch side towards Croggan or just back up to main road is a nice car park with a gravelled walk.Guest review byLeeUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We loved the location and the size of the house.
We loved the location and the size of the house. The photos don't really do it justice. We were a group of all adults so every room having an en-suite was just fantastic. We enjoyed using the house - cooking together in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. There is some construction in the immediate area but this didn't detract from any enjoyment of the property. It was lovely to walk down to the pier in the evening with a bottle of wine and have a drink. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights there but, even without that, the stars were beautiful. A great base to explore the Island as there's so much to do there - walks were great and visits to other Islands were easy. Recommend Ulva with it's unique ferry, Staffa and the beautiful Iona. The bike hire is just across the road and we loved using the electric bikes to go to Tobermory. The shops, local coffee shop and bakery are all within walking distance and there's a great tea room/farm shop about 2 miles away.Guest review byLindaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

As people who like to be outdoors doing activities and walking, Tobermory is an excellent place to visit. All the locals we met were keen to help us enjoy our visit and get the most out of it. We also thought Tobermory was a good base to visit Mull. We had exceptional weather while there and anyone visiting should be aware that weather as in many places in Scotland can be mixed, you have to embrace it and be prepared and you will always enjoy your visit.Guest review byLinseyUnited Kingdom - 2.0
Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome.
Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome. Do not stay overnight - it's filthy. If you like drunks swearing their heads off in the bar and leaving their barking dog in the garden outside your room until 1:10 am you'll love it.Guest review byNeilUnited Kingdom
