When I mentioned I would be leaving early in the morning and would therefore not have time for breakfast, I was immediately offered a picnic to take with me, which I accepted very gratefully as I had a busy day ahead and no time to stop. It was delicious and kept me going all day.

The hotel was on the shores of Lough Inagh but very central to the sights of Connemara. All were within a short driving distance. The room was out of this world with an amazing view of the lake. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and the meals were excellent.

Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful and fascinating, I was happy to return here after a very long time. It's a shame it's so far from Prague, otherwise I would come here all the time ;) The mountains are beautiful here, but unfortunately mountain tourism (as we know it in Central Europe, where even in less frequented mountains you have dozens of marked hiking trails and tourist pubs on the mountaintops) is not very developed here.

I had a wonderful, if too short, stay. I used the outdoor pool and the hot tubs. Had a five star dinner with wonderful service. The staff are all amazing. An amazing nights sleep on the most comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with so much choice and then it was off home for us :)

It is a beautiful village on what feels like the edge of the world, surrounded by beautiful beaches, wonderful nature colours in a perfect setting. Perfect for group, family or solo trips. Great variety of pubs and eating choices in Roundstone village itself. I will be back for another visit and I will recommend to my friends too. Its a long drive over from Dublin but 100% worth it

What a wonderful place to visit.

What a wonderful place to visit. Stunning views, beautiful walks very well mapped out. The most unbelievable landscape with fabulous beaches. Very friendly natives, it made me realise just how beautiful Ireland is and all it has to offer. I would encourage more people to holiday in Ireland. Very easy to get around the island and some lovely restaurants. People of Inishboffin could not be more helpful. Some great activities from Sauna, Hot Tubs. Great Bike hire. I would definitely go back.

The village is quaint, colorful with lots of restaurants to choose from. I loved the little shops. I rented a bicycle while I was there and rode on the upper and lower Sky Road. The beaches looked lovely, but I was unable to go to them. The scenery was magnificent. The people were so friendly and helpful. I want to go back to that area of Ireland and enjoy it for a longer period of time.
