Naas is pleasant pretty provincial town with race courses near by. Good shops and cafes. Bus services are good, eg to Dublin Airport, and the Naas - Sallins railway station takes passengers into Heuston Station in Dublin .Guest review byAnthonyNew Zealand - Review score

So central yet atill off main street. Its a hidden gem for quietness on tbe one hand then close to all the action of a busy main street and shopping centre. There are no downsides...not in this one. One of Booking. Com bestGuest review byMartinIreland - Review score

quiet well appointed cheerful spotlessly clean with every accoutrement you cd wish for, close to everything, easy parking, super friendly welcome supplies, grand shower with lovely warmth snd pressur, gorgeously fresh bright bed linen …seriously youd be working hard to find any fault here… a bonus is spirited bird chat at various times of day which i reckon is a further sign of a terrific location.Guest review byJane - Review score

Natives very friendly. Great walks and places of nterested. Good service in local bar - Salmon leap. Also St Mary's GAA facility bar and entertainment very good. Where we stayed staff not welcoming or helpful. No communication. Weather bad but nothing can be done about that.Guest review byVeraUnited Kingdom - Review score

The house was very confortable and the hosts kind and helpful. We stayed there on a longer trip but we didn't visit Athy except for St Michael's Church in Barrowhouse (less than a km from the house). From there we went to the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough in less than an hour, that's why we chose Athy for a night's sleep on our way. Our hosts made us wish to stay longer and get acquainted with them and their ponies, something our children would have gladly done.Guest review byChiaraBi_GermanyGermany - Review score

Kikcullen is a lovely quiet spot with some lovely views over the river. I did not see anyone fishing but I think it is a fishing spots. it has a real village feel. it is full of nice small shops. it is near everywhere. So if you want a quiet spot but you are in the town , it is the place to be and during the summer it must be lovely. Lovely people in the town too.Guest review byjanetIreland - Review score
This is a very special vacation stay.
This is a very special vacation stay. The facilities were great. Food was excellent, staff were super friendly. The ambience was just what was hoped for. Such a history, heritage, so well preserved and still working today as it has since 1180AD. Will stay again for sure.Guest review byMarkIreland - Review score

Great town, but if you stay here, location not great, ok for an overnight stay, but costly to take taxi to and from the place and hats if they can find it, I had written the Eircode down for the taxi man, it still took two calls to find the place, a better location description would help, I lived in the area many years, if Newhall was mentioned in the description I would have known it was way too far from the town.It is a work in progress, but has a long way to go to before taking guest bookings. Naas town itself is great, enjoyed the shopping, and coffee stopsGuest review byPatricia - Review score
Small, busy university town. Varied restaurant types.
Small, busy university town. Varied restaurant types. Italian pizzeria Falò and Indian restaurant recommended. Well served by public transport to Dublin and the airport. There is much more to discover about Maynooth than meets the eye. If you are interested and have time, ask and you will be pleasantly surprised!Guest review bysnelling
