Obviously a very touristy town, most of the town appears to be made up of hotels and BnBs. However because of it it also has a wide range of restaurants and cafes featuring a wide range of cuisines. Being there on a Saturday night it also appeared to have a thriving nightlife. Being there in Summer meant that Murphys Icecream was still open at 11PM. I ate at Mizus - a wonderful Japanese restaurant with tremendous work gone into the decor and food that matched. Breakfast at Zone was very busy on a wet morning and full of families - always a good sign for me, food and coffee was lovely. I stayed in middle of town and walked out to the INEC for a gig - about 25 mins on a nice evening but also seemed to be plenty of taxis flying around. Traffic was very busy come 12 o clock on Sunday morning but it didnt take me too long to get away around the outside of the townGuest review byBrianIreland - Review score

We thought the Town Centre had a lot of homeless people asking for money. To be honest we were not comfortable walking around in some areas. On a number of occasions we felt like we were being too closely followed by seedy looking guys.Guest review byMelissaAustralia - Review score

The scenic Slea Head Drive which is part of The Wild Atlantic Way was really enjoyable. Lots of interesting stops along the away. The Dingle Hotel serves good food at reasonable prices. Doolin is a friendly little area perfectly located to see the Cliffs of Moher. We carried out some excellent food from Gus O'Connor's Pub, but wish we had time to stay and enjoy the band that was going to be playing later in the evening.Guest review byAlanUnited States - Review score

Bedroom: charmless, very cramped, no chair, no table, toy-size TV a few centimetres from ceiling. Teabags out their box that could have been exposed to dust and touched by many people. Bathroom : no towel rail.Guest review byJimUnited Kingdom - Review score

Wonderful location at the cross roads of so many must visit places. The town itself is vibrant and charming and very well serviced with pubs and restaurants. What could be better after a busy day exploring then sitting outside Foleys catching the evening sun and enjoying a pint while deciding what and where to eat.Guest review byPaulIreland - Review score

We were told Kinsale was one of the best destinations in Ireland, it’s quite nice but not great, yes some top restaurants like Man Friday and Fishy Fishy. Also a couple of good pubs like Jim Edwards. It could be heaps better, many places closed. Nothing of interest on the water like most Irish seaside towns. Thankfully our accommodation at Perryville House improved our stay there.Guest review byTonyAustralia - Review score
We really enjoyed Lahinch.
We really enjoyed Lahinch. It is a great little town with plenty of places to eat and drink. We had an excellent meal in Vaughans on the pier and found our way to Hugos bakery every morning. It has a great beach and is an excellent gateway to the Burren. The boat ride from Doolin under the Cliffs of Moher was superb and a coffee in the Moher Cottage cafe on the ay back to Lahinch rounded it off really well.Guest review bySeymourIreland - Review score

Quaint little town, with the Irish hospitality you would expect and hope for. A few memorial musuems and sculptures, but the people in the town are what we enjoyed most. Even you aren't a drinker, going into a pub and having water or tea, can turn into an unforgettable moment.Guest review byCaptain BruceUnited States
