Excellent hotel in a great location, 10 minutes to the old town and a great shop across the road. The staff were brilliant especially Alec, who was a great help. The pool and parking were also a great bonus and the breakfast was varied and fresh each morning.

The hotel is located right on the waterfront, offering beautiful views from its very spacious rooms. The beds are super comfortable and large, and the shower is roomy with excellent water pressure. The staff is wonderful! friendly, attentive, and helpful with everything, from valet parking at a local lot to arranging a private spa session at your preferred time. There are three restaurants on-site serving delicious Georgian cuisine. We especially loved the one by the sea, which was so good we ended up eating there three times! I highly recommend this place.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed, including organizing transfers. You can really feel they care about their guests. Breakfast was fantastic every single morning – everything was fresh, homemade, warm, and super tasty. There was such a great variety of options, and the best part? We got to enjoy it with a stunning sea view. It honestly felt like something out of a movie. The hotel itself is beautiful – very clean, peaceful, and tastefully decorated. The pool area was a highlight for us – perfectly clean and with an incredible view of the sea. We could have spent the whole day there just relaxing. We also loved the wellness facilities. There’s a nice gym if you want to stay active, and the sauna was such a great way to unwind after a long day. Everything was in top condition. All in all, this place exceeded all our expectations. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality. We’re already planning to come back – highly, highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the property. The old renovated house creates a relaxing atmosphere where we could completely come down. The pool is nice, clean, and great for a little swim. They have many parking spots available and we could always find a free one. Additionally, they made great efforts to provide Vegetarian options for dinner.

    I've been coming to Budva every few years since 1999.

    I've been coming to Budva every few years since 1999. It's a quick flight from other European cities (35 minutes from Belgrade!) and has the unbeatable combination of mountains and beaches, old and new. Budva is usually our base although Montenegro is packed with gorgeous towns that are worth a visit or stay: Kotor, Cetinje, Bar.

    Traffic along the entire coast is very heavy and it takes at least 3 hours to reach the Croatian border (54 km). Drivers are quite unpopular...cars are left on the streets...everyone honks. It's better in the interior of the country. Food and drink prices are normal.

    Nice town.

    Nice town. It's not always the prettiest town, but it is really convenient to the beach. There are great restaurants with all price ranges. The water in the Adriatic Sea seems to be clean as I could see my feet, though I've certainly been in more clear water. It's great for some rest and relaxation and there are a lot of tours you can take in the area.

    Budva has beautiful mountains and sea, but the people are quite frankly the worst people I have ever met in my life. Nearly everyone is incredibly miserable and rude. There are tons of scams, people will constantly be blackmailing you for money. I was screamed and shouted at and threatened if I didn't give scammers their demands. This happened every day over something or another. For anyone thinking I am am misunderstanding the culture, perhaps, but I am married to an eastern European. This was something else and even my wife couldn't stand the people. So understand this is a very underdeveloped place in many ways, I highly suggest people visit other more well known Mediterranean destinations, even if just for personal safety.

    Unlike in Budva, where the beaches are much smaller and more crowded, in Becici you have the largest beach - plenty of space and quite a few options to choose from. Also, you can walk to the Kamenovo beach (not so far, 20 min easy walk) and spent the day there (that beach is even better - very few people, because it's sort of isolated, and the sand is much better there, yes, it's also with pebble, but a fine one, almost like sand).

    Lovely former fishing village.

    Lovely former fishing village. High class access accommodation, bars and restaurants across the seafront. Lots of building work going on at the Budva side, and less restaurants. Capri and Tri-Ribara and Porat were our 3 fav restaurants- just above the beach and seafront. Almost no waves and calm safe sea to swim in. We went to Kotor, Budva Sveti Stefan and Lake Sadar by taxi from here

    Budva was a shock after the beautiful quiet villages of Kotor, Dobrota and Perast. We were very disappointed with the huge developments being built along the beach, turning the town into an ugly & cheap looking resort for mass tourism. The Hemingway bar and the Hermitage hotel were exceptions!

    Becici is located a short distance from Budva; it has a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops situated along the various beaches. The best beach is Kamenovo Beach and is walking distance from Rafailovici through a short tunnel. There are public beach areas or private ones which offer decent quaity sun loungers, for 20-25 Euros (in total for 2 loungers) all day. The water is crystal clear. We visited Budva Old Town which is small but worth a trip; 10 Euros for a taxi one way; it was 36 degrees, so walking was not an option. We also booked a day trip to Lake Skadar 50 Euros each; this included coach (only 45 minutes from Becici), National Park entrance fee, 2 hour boat trip on the lake, lunch and time for a swim. Very good value and an alternative to the coast.

    The architecture of the local buildings is unsightly, parking is almost impossible, very loud music until the morning hours, the Tri Ribara restaurant is nice with pleasant service. Do not drive to Rafailovici.
