I had an early flight the next morning. So traveled over to Nelson from Golden Bay. I was heading to a 3 day conference the next day with a lot of amazing people but I felt I needed some time to myself before the conference. I loved the room, it was quite, warm, cosy, funky and dark curtains. The spa bath was an added bonus with Epsom Salts.

Just a short walk away from Tahunanui Beach, The Beachcomber Hotel & Conference Center offers free Wi-Fi and a solar-heated swimming pool. Nelson Airport is 1.9 mi away.

Wow what a gem accommodation, it had so much character. The facilities were lovely & the staff were so friendly & welcoming. Great location if you need to fly in or out of Nelson. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant downstairs & the food was delicious. When they ran out of one particular dessert the Manager made me up a special dessert as a replacement which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend.
