Amazing magical place, All they do is exploit the turist people, but still cheap to eat well, and the tours. Carefullinthe streets, the cars doe snot respect people walking and they will drive over you. Friendly people, and nice. You will get overwhelmed of people to ask you to buy their things, but it is the way it is, and Cusco is amazing. You can buy your tour in the city, everywere they selll the tours, all the same price. Cheaper to buy there than in any travel agency abroad.Guest review byMauricioUnited States - 10.0

Started early and arrived machu picchu at 6:30am. Our guide Peter knew where to go to position ourselves to having nice photos. We were super fortunate that the fog came and went and didnt linger long. Suggest not to go late cuz by the time we finished which was after 3.5hrs there were so much people already. Take the Circuit 2 route if you have time. Its definitely worth it.Guest review byChristinePhilippines - 10.0

Absolutely beautiful, memorable town which should not be missed when passing through the Sacred Valley. Picturesque and brimming with history and culture. Archeological ruins are adjacent to the town. You will take many (great) photos!Guest review byAlan - 8.0

Central location for exploring up and down the valley, with good bus connections. It's a real Peruvian town, not a touristy place, like many of the other towns around. I had a good meal in town. Everyone was friendly.Guest review byTimothyPortugal - 10.0
Look no further for accommodations in Pisac!
Look no further for accommodations in Pisac! This is by far the best choice. Casa de Oren is just outside of the town and the proprietors will provide transportation from Pisac to their hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with balconies overlooking the beautiful garden. They serve a delicious three course breakfast included in the price and offer very tasty and affordable dinner options. Four of us stayed there for four nights and ate dinner there each night (huge portions). The hosts are very attentive and hard working and attend promptly to requests. They treat you as if you are family. We wish we could have stayed longer as this was the best stay of all stays in our two week visit to Peru.Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 10.0

Recommend to have a cash! Most of toilets pays 1-2 soles. At shops can ask better price if pay by cash. Be careful! Not all market places are honest with you. They tried to sale cheep staff as a baby alpaca wool.Guest review byIrina - 10.0
Machu Picchu itself was breathtaking.
Machu Picchu itself was breathtaking. It was very cloudy to start but eventually lifted for spectacular views. The process to get a ticket if you arrive without one is the worst. The information from the Ministry of Culture releases one thousand extra tickets a day and is very unclear about the process. I had to spend two nights instead of one and received no credit or refund on my train tickets which had to be changed.Guest review byMichaelrayUnited States - 10.0

Ample INCA ruins - the major one has an entry fee, but on the oppositie side of the vally are free walks. Unfortunately some accesses are closed due to landslide and other risks. The old town area offers interesting surprsies in evey street.Guest review byPeterAustralia - 10.0

Urabamba is a wonderful local feeling town with a nice square where you can find very good restaurants. There is a Saturday vendor market around the square and a big fresh market every day only a few blocks from the ,main square. Easy to navigate. I ate at Forty, Big A and Migas. All amazing food.Guest review byChristinaUnited States - 8.0
Pisac is a must for the Incan ruins.
Pisac is a must for the Incan ruins. They are vast and well-maintained. The views of the valley are amazing. Take a taxi up to the top and hike down. The town itself is a bit unusual. It's got a hippie vibe. Eco blended with wellness and expats. it's very different than other towns we visited. It's also a very sleepy town. Nothing opens before 8:00, even the coffee shops, and many places open at 10:00. The restaurants aren't open that late either.Guest review byinteractive3United States
