The host was really helpful. The views from the balcony were very nice!! The property was a bit hard to find.

We were a group of 4 & all of us can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful & always smiling . The food & drink choice is fabulous. There was always sun loungers available & we didn’t have any problems getting one. As usual a lot of the loungers had towels placed on them early morning by the “sun lounger saver wa*kers” who then don’t actually use them but feel the need to go down at 7am & place their towels claiming it theirs for the day but you get that everywhere. I’m not sure how it would be high season, but going in May was quieter & we always got seated where we wanted. The beach staff bring you comfy mats to go on the loungers & are happy to assist. waiters serve you drinks on the beach. (A tip goes a long way & the staff work hard so be generous) The room was clean & comfortable. Entertainment was good.. The a la carte restaurant was a treat.. we went to the italian. it was delicious. 4 courses so id recommend you have a smaller lunch that day unless your a big eater with a big stomach.

Every minute of our 5-day holiday was very fun. The staff were very friendly and interested. The animation team was legendary. They are very entertaining and know how to entertain. In our next Tunisian holiday, we found the hotel we will go directly without looking for another hotel.

Fabulous entertainment staff and hotel staff. Great pools and really lively beach area. Easy walk to Marina, which is fun. The food was truly superb with a great deal of selection

Location, staff, clean

this property is at best a 3* and not a 5* as advertised. It is overrun with loud, rude obnoxious Russians. Loud kids ran riot despite areas for children to play, and the parents couldn't care less that other people had paid good money to stay there their kids were allowed to ruin your time. Locals also used the hotel and their kids were equally whiney and loud no matter where you went, they were there. The animation team constantly banged around shouting for you to join one activity or another, with no clue how to read the room, the same as the guy on the beach trying to get people to take a parachute ride or the vendors pacing up and down the sands selling stuff. No air con just a cold fan, no mini bar as advertised, hard rock very uncomfortable beds, and nothing like the glamourous photos. The view from my room (218) was that of the side of the adjacent hotel and a road ( not at all attractive and no good complaining as the staff on the desk didn't care. I also didn't get my a la carte dinner as they didn't tell you about it. I had to find out myself and the restaurant wasn't open and all I got was a smirk and "Oh well, next time" The inc drinks are awful if of course, you could get them, all I wanted was a pina colada which was NEVER available and the excuse was, oh it finished and that was @ 6 pm every night. They want you to purchase the premium alcohol by limiting the all inc that has been paid for The food to be fair was the hotel's saving grace as it was very varied and ample THE DONUTS are delicious. The pool was crystal clear, the sun loungers were plentiful This was my experience and opinion yours may be very different however I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it

I absolutely loved our stay at L'artisan, it's such a hidden gem. The family who run it are caring and attentive to your needs. I plan on coming back next year.
