All The staff is lovely. Rasheed is a genuine gentlemen, curious, cultured and kind. The place is very nice and well kept.

We were a group of 4 & all of us can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful & always smiling . The food & drink choice is fabulous. There was always sun loungers available & we didn’t have any problems getting one. As usual a lot of the loungers had towels placed on them early morning by the “sun lounger saver wa*kers” who then don’t actually use them but feel the need to go down at 7am & place their towels claiming it theirs for the day but you get that everywhere. I’m not sure how it would be high season, but going in May was quieter & we always got seated where we wanted. The beach staff bring you comfy mats to go on the loungers & are happy to assist. waiters serve you drinks on the beach. (A tip goes a long way & the staff work hard so be generous)
The room was clean & comfortable. Entertainment was good.. The a la carte restaurant was a treat.. we went to the italian. it was delicious. 4 courses so id recommend you have a smaller lunch that day unless your a big eater with a big stomach.
