From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. Their welcoming approach set the tone for the entire visit, every member of staff I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was memorable. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service across the board. The resort itself is stunning, especially the beach area and aqua park area,, beautifully maintained, serene, and perfect for unwinding. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. I recently stayed at the Royal Azur Hammamet Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the hotel is very clean and spacious, with a beautiful design and well-maintained facilities. The location is also excellent, close to attractions while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The service was truly five-star—the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you for the lovely upgrade from a standard room to a suite! This was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach in front of the hotel was amazing—clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. The sea was clear and inviting, adding to the overall luxury feel. Overall, I highly recommend the Royal Azur Hammamet Hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—I would definitely return!

Our room was spacious. We had a garden villa and enjoyed not being in the main hotel. The gardens are lovely and well maintained. Room cleaning services add a special touch each day. The beds were firm, and very comfortable. 2 Large swimming pools and beach access provide variety on where to spend the day (pool side or sea side). The food was tasteful and quality was good. Each buffet (morning, lunch and dinner) has wide spreads to cater for most tastes. Although the hotel does change the menu slightly each day, the majority of the buffet stays the same and it unfortunately becomes a bit boring after a couple of days, but quality wise you can really not complain. The hotel was quite busy, but we never felt the the restaurants were overcrowded. It became busier later at night, and we prefer to have dinner before 8pm. We had a massage at the spa and although it was not truly 5*... for the price it can be considered as good. Daily entertainment was great. We enjoyed the cocktail hours at 6pm with the saxophone player and violinist as well as the late evening entertainment shows. Daily entertainment around the pools kept many people entertained. The staff were very friendly. Kudus to them for always having a smile on their faces, even after long hours of service.

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit.

    Tunis itself is worth a short visit. Hammamet is a nice place to relax. Nabeul is a pretty town about 30 mins in the taxi which is also worth visiting. Found 2 excellent restaurants there. Le Patio and Bon Kif.

    The staffs are amazing we have got a very warm welcome from the receptionist once we reach the hotel with very warm smile and tasty welcome drinks. We were family of 2 adults and 2 kids we have got nice connected rooms with beautiful sea view and huge smart TV the rooms are very clean and neat The staff are very respectful and helpful i would like to thank every staff in the restaurent , around the pool and by the beach for the excellent service and hospitality.i would like to thank the manager Mr ALI who accommodated us and made our stay unforgettable.

    This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries...

    This is a small, mainly agricultural town (best strawberries I have ever had!) with most tourist activities centered around the Africa Jade hotel and surrounding area. People are extremely friendly and helpful and the city has a very relaxed vibe. Short drive to Nabeul (25 mins) where there is a ton of shopping/restaurants/cultural activities. About an hour and a half by car to Tunis. For a getaway, it is perfect and the town and region are home to some of the best spices and produce (citrus, strawberries, tomatoes) in the country. I speak limited French and Arabic and everyone went out of their way to assist me. Not a ton "to do" unless you're at the hotel or the beach (fabulous beaches!) but for a little getaway or R&R, can't be beat.

    Hammamet is a beautiful place with many choices. Many good restaurants, many shops. Close to the beach. Lovely peiople. Dont miss the medina. L'amiral a restaurant in the port, excellent service and wonderful food. Barberousse with a beautiful view and very good food.

    We wanted a short break including a visit to the Kelibia fort and coast. This accommodation was perfect, we had a good restful night and could travel on refreshed. Being so quiet, no noise, traffic etc. only the sound of waves was marvellous.
