It is okay. it reminded me a lot of Jamaica.
It is okay. it reminded me a lot of Jamaica. Transportation can be iffy. If you have a car that is good. Taxis are available, but you need to be sure you are located near a location where they pass by, otherwise, you would need to hire a taxi to take you around. The food is very good, lots of local and international options. The beaches are not located in Port of Spain, you will need to drive out of Port of Spain for this.Guest review byAnonymousCayman Islands - 10.0

Piarco is close to the airport, two nice malls and several restaurants. No real sights to see unless you drive a bit but that can be arranged. Sightseeing wasn't part of our plans. I am very familiar with the area and had a car.i felt safe parking at the hotel .Guest review byLeslie AnnTrinidad and Tobago - 8.0
Couva is great you can get everything you need.
Couva is great you can get everything you need. The police station is close. the market is excellent. Not children friendly--should have some sort of activities for kids.. There should better sidewalks and cross walks for pedestrian. Traffic lights is a necessity in this town.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

San Juan has everything you could want from household items, grocery, food, banking, hardware fresh meats, fruits & veggies. However the traffic and getting public transportation on weekdays can be a bit much, so would suggest leaving after 9am and getting back in before 3pm... to avoid heavy traffic getting back into San Juan. On Public Holidays and on School Breaks traffic is very very easy.Guest review bySimoneBarbados - 10.0

My friend from England and I had a great time on a looooong walk from the hotel up to the Savannah to see the beautiful fully restored historic mansions and have a coconut water. We could also walk next door to the Breakfast Shed or walk into town across the main road. Also, the Ferry to Tobago is right next door and for some very complicated reasons we had to drive all the way to Piarco Airport and fly over. But it would have been super easy to walk with our bags next door to the Ferry and have taken a leisurely crossing over.Guest review byButcherUnited States - 2.0
Okay-ish hotel. Very bad for safety reasons.
Okay-ish hotel. Very bad for safety reasons. A driver who dropped me to the airport extracted my number from private booking records and sent inappropriate messages. Total breach of privacy and a big compromise of my safety. Utterly distasteful and disgusting behavior by both the receptionist staff and the driverGuest review byeshani - 10.0
Location was a plus.
Location was a plus. The hall was huge, high ceiling, wooden floors and lots of history books and items for viewing. The rooms was comfortable AC works well. Good, clean bedsheets. Clean and big washroom. The pool and surrounding was a plus with comfortable seating accommodation. The location was safe.Guest review byReiaTrinidad and Tobago - 8.0
I loved it. The people were friendly and helpful.
I loved it. The people were friendly and helpful. Strangers were always willing to help and offer support and advice. The city was clean and had plenty of modern facilities that worked well. Restaurants seem to close by 9.30pm which feels a little early. TTRS was like Uber and very useful.Guest review bySimmons - 8.0
I liked the peacefulness and cleanliness.
I liked the peacefulness and cleanliness. The pool was great, room has well décor. We purchased food before we reached but they didnt even have drinks available or ice or even bottled water. I would avoid booking a room without a fridge.Guest review bybanwarieTrinidad and Tobago
