Friendly staff with very quick responses to extras for rooms. Close to subways and buses. Bar area well lit and great variety of small dishes and drinks. Would recommend normal rooms rather than spending more on the skyloft rooms - just go up to the roof top for free and great views of the area.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location right on Bryant Park slap-bang in Midtown Manhattan. Staff were super friendly, room was spacious and very comfortable. For anyone interest in architecture it is also inside the historic American Radiator Building skyscraper which is a very cool bonus. Perfect stay.

    Sadly it rained best part of three days.

    Sadly it rained best part of three days. City tour bus made great start from Times Square. Best surprise was the delightful Bryant Park just a couple of blocks away. Rosa Mexicana restaurant toward Lincoln Centre well placed for city viewing (tip-sit outside). Red Flame diner next to hotel great local venue.

    Poorly maintained property. The window shades do not close and one has to sleep with the light peeping in. There was a water outage on that day and simply a note was pushed under the door that "whatever you want to do with water you do it before 8 am". After 8 am complete water was shutoff. Breakfast was bad, they never filled the food trays after the guests finished consuming. The Juice dispenser was out of order. The room was badly furnished, carpet was old and the room did not smell good either. Paying $300 for a room here is a loot for a mediocre property. The only thing good is it is close to the Airport.

    Brooklyn was a very pleasent experience overall. Some super nice areas, the Dumbo , and even downtown brooklyn was pretty clean and seemed very safe. Lots of stores, from mobile providers, to all types of retail. You have everything you need around you.

    We had a good experience.

    We had a good experience. We were allocated a room, but after some time, we found that the toilet was clogged. We talked to reception, and they transferred us to another room immediately. The room was clean, and the towels and bedsheets were nice and clean. We had breakfast in the morning, which was great. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would love to stay again in the future. The airport was too close and Niagara Falls was 10 minutes by car.

    Bronx is a good place but the house and all the shenanigans about no one picking the call but texting only. I thought it was a hotel not knowing it’s a house in some dark places in Bronx. I texted the person back that I’m not interested because I feel uncomfortable and have asked for a refund of $203. Shiiii….

    We've been here before so that should say something. It's a great location to unwind, the lake is up there with best, really beautiful. The surrounding countryside is also fantastic. Plenty of good restaurants and bars etc, although Lake George Village can be a bit too 'touristy'.

    Albany felt safe to walk around. There were a few side streets, I wish I didn't walk down, but after spending time exploring, we were able to learn the streets fairly quickly. We were able to park at our hotel and then walk around the neighborhood, it appears if we had parked on the street, it would have been a nightmare, so i def recommend finding someplace to park and is not far from where you are staying. We stayed at the Morgan State House, parked in a secure lot behind the Morgan State House (only $10 a night) and walked up the street towards the Egg to see our show. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at "Dove and Deer", as well as "Rosanna's". Breakfast we enjoyed "Iron Gate Cafe". All within walking distance. Everywhere we ate we were able to walk in and be served after waiting no more than 10 minutes. It was a nice relaxing weekend.

    I liked being able to go to Niagara Falls in Canada. I also liked the history of Buffalo. It really is a cool city. I wouldn't mind going again in a different season. We ate at a couple of brewerys. We also enjoyed the pastries at the butter block?

    Central location for our Erie Canal vacation.

    Central location for our Erie Canal vacation. Flew into ROC from the west coast. 1 day visiting family in Rochester, 1 day in Niagara Falls being tourists, rented e-bikes in Pittsford and spent 5 days biking sections of the erie canal. Then 1 day driving back from Amsterdam to drop off bikes and catch our planes the following day. Didn't have time to do much sightseeing in Rochester.

    gordon suffered a fall while we were out walking and i can't say enough about the good samaritans who came to our rescue. he did go to the emergency room when we got back home and he has a fractured knee cap. a special thanks to Matthew for his assistance in helping Gordon when we came back to the B&B after the injury. UP UNTIL THE FALL, WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE TIME.
