We stayed for 3 nights in May 2025. Pros: -responsiveness and friendliness of owners and receptionist. They always tried to help in any way they could. They helped organise private driver and motorbike rental at reasonable rates. -large and spacious room -bright and clean -fast wifi mobile speed tested at ~98 mbps download and ~64.1 mbps upload -bed is comfortable -lots of universal power points -quiet -The bathroom sink is big, and i like the waterfall tap -The shower has plenty of hot water and pressure and is glassed off. -two tissue boxes provided -two bins -plastic slippers are provided -desk space -comfortable room -plenty of large mirrors with backlit led light -has elevator -close to coffee museum

Very lovely people, we were treated so nicely! They even changed the pool water for us - truly amazing ‼️ there was a little issue with the laundry but they took full responsibility and all in all we left happy.

It's a good hotel but we had better rooms for less money. The room looked quite dated Staff are not as helpful as experienced elsewhere in Vietnam, but the town is a lot less touristy, which might explain the difference.

The swimming pool was the draw card to this property. Allowed us to stay longer in our room for a small fee as we caught the late evening flight. Spring rolls were very yummy and we had a nice steak and chips meal here

    After 20 years, coming back here feels very different.

    After 20 years, coming back here feels very different. So many things have changed. Dray Sap and Dray Nur waterfalls don’t look as beautiful as before. They were more natural and impressive in the past. But the center of Buon Ma Thuot is much more developed now. It’s easy to find anything you need—food, drinks, shops, or services. One surprise is the food prices. They are not cheap anymore, especially in busy areas!

    Everything is very remote and you definitely need a rental...

    Everything is very remote and you definitely need a rental car or scooter. Public busses are not reliable and with Grab everything is still kinda pricey. Supposedly Buon ma Thuot is great for coffee but every coffee we had was worse than the one before. Yok Don seems to be a ripoff so do not come here for that.

    I enjoyed my 3 nights in Buon Ma Thuot.

    I enjoyed my 3 nights in Buon Ma Thuot. The first day I did a tour with Mr Chinh. He took me to a couple of tribal villages, a lake, and a rubber and coffee plantation. It included a very good local lunch. He was a very informative guide, with reasonable English, and it was worth doing. The second day I wandered in the city centre in the morning, about 15 minutes walk from my hotel, and swam in the hotel pool in the afternoon. I found a great bakery that also served really good coffee. It was quite warm, 30+° on both days. There were more things I could have done but I went on the spur of the moment and didn't really plan. I am a solo female traveller and felt quite safe. I will go back.
