The breakfast was lovely! Wide arrangement and eggs cooked to your liking. Staff were so kind and accommodating, holding doors getting lifts, looking after bags. Spa was fabulous. Obviously slightly more expensive but they had a 30% offer when we were there and it was well worth it. Private rooms and a drink on arrival and the interiors were very lovely. We had a Vietnamese massage and a hot stone massage and both were fabulous and we left feeling very well pampered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Classyc Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, well-furnished. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a variety of both local and international dishes. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend Classyc Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

I especially appreciated how clean it was—housekeeping did a great job tidying up every day. I also booked a day tour to Tràng An through the hotel, and it turned out to be both high quality and more affordable than booking it elsewhere. Luna was the one who helped me arrange the tour and book an airport transfer—she was incredibly sweet and helpful! Breakfast included Northern-style "pho ga", which was full of flavor and tasted just right. I also tried the spa and really enjoyed it—very relaxing, with gentle staff and a peaceful atmosphere, unlike many other noisy places.

Our premium room with a city view was large, deep city view and the large windows allowed plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation after a day exploring the city. Their staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations and ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it convenient to explore the city's highlights without hassle. The room was very clean and serviced every day. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I booked airport transfers, Ha Long Bay tour and Hanoi bike tour through them and it was all very well organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything as they sorted it all. Breakfast in the morning was great, loads of options. Location is great, near all major attractions in the old quarter.

    It's a very busy place, full of activities, lights at night, transportation noises and just extremely bustling all around. For people who like living in a place full of "happenings", it is indeed the place to be in. For others who like more serene and quiet locations, a few days in Hanoi are sufficient for a great experience. The food is great, lots of fresh vegetables and visitors will be spoilt for choice, literally everywhere you can find food. Do visit Sapa via the sleeper train. Good to try out an overnight train but keep your toiletries and essentials accessible because you may need it for washing up before bed and upon reaching Sapa in the morning. Experience the thrill of climbing (hike, via cable car, funicular railway) the highest peak in Fansipan in Sapa for a spectacular view and enjoy the cool temperature.

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    Such a beautiful place to visit if you're staying in Hanoi!

    Such a beautiful place to visit if you're staying in Hanoi! It’s the perfect slice of nature, just 1.5hours away from from the city. There's a stunning national park where you can have long hikes and many breathtaking, sacred temples—an experience truly worth having. The fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, and warm, welcoming people make it even more special. However, if you're craving Western food, it's hard to find any good restaurant, so be prepared to immerse yourself in Vietnamese food only.

    This area is a long way from the city centre but it was close to the language centre, students and teacher that I needed to visit. It was perfect for my stay, but a tourist wishing to explore Hanoi may want to stay closer to the city centre. There are many places to eat here, and the train station is a 15 minute walk.

    I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.

    Train Street is unmissable. Get a local Sim Card. Use the Grab App for taxis. Walking Street is wild! If you are of, ahem, vintage years, there are plenty of places to eat and drink on the fringes away from the mayhem.

    This is one of the best homestays I have had in Vietnam.

    This is one of the best homestays I have had in Vietnam. It was so restful and quiet. I had ridden my motorcycle for 250 km's in pouring rain that day, when I arrived they offered to take my rain soaked clothes and dry them so I could be warm when leaving the next morning, then fed me so I could go rest the evening away. They took fabulous care of me after a very trying trip. Thank you Bavi Homestay, much appreciated.

    Noisy chaotic full of mopeds. I would caution anyone with young kids to be extra careful as there are no pavements so you walk in middle of road There are lots of trees which is nice but the heat in june is blazing between rains so don’t be too ambitious Download Grab; the taxis arrive super fast
