How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was ok.
Beautiful village in Andorra. Amazing view from the apartment. Quiet and clean apartment. Everything you need in the apartment. The owner was there to meet you and give you the keys. Tap water was perfect.

Kitchen lacked some basic utensils but we managed

The apartment had 3 bedrooms, double beds, for six people. The interior of the apartment was sometimes impractical and uncomfortable. There were no coat racks in the hallway or in any of the rooms. There was a large wardrobe in one bedroom, but if there are 6 people, then all the clothes can't be in one wardrobe in the bedroom. There was no dishwasher, which is an important comfort for such a ski vacation. The couch in the living room was good for three people, not six, and was very uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen equipment was so cheap and lacking. There were three wine glasses and three champagne glasses. Very small coffee mugs. There was a press coffee pot and a kettle, but they were small and poor.
The location was very good. About 150 meters to the ski slope. In the center of the settlement of Canillo. Two grocery stores and all restaurants in the settlement within a radius of 100-150 meters.

Great location in a beautiful charming village. Within walking distance to nearby tourist attractions, such as the Tibetan Bridge, if you enjoy hiking and do not have a car, otherwise it’s located near the stop in Canillo where busses takes you directly to these sites as well. The apartment was clean, in good condition and had good beds. The place looks true to the photos. Communication with the owners was easy and smooth. Very friendly service. Will absolutely return when I get the chance

There were loud and disturbing noises from a renovation of a flat above during several days. It was impossible to be in the appartment during that time 8am to sometimes as late as 6 or 7 pm

Sleeping pillow a bit high for me, sleeping blanket a bit too hot. Could be more larger cups.

Everything was good 😉
The appartement was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Federic, the owner is very nice and friendly.

Just one little problem : there was a slight smell of drains.
Spacious, well equipped, really comfortable beds, good location only 5mn walk to the ski lift.

There was no free parking, no ski room, a bit noisy from the street so it's better to take ear plugs
Very good location, 3min from Canillo ski lift, comfortable and warm appartment for good price, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, very convenient for the group of friends. There are restaurants, supermarket around. Service was very good and friendly, there were some issues in the kitchen but they were solved very quickly

We had a wonderful family long weekend here. The location of the place is just perfect, the views from all the windows are fascinating and the access to gondolas, amusement park, places of interest, shops and restaurants is very fast and convenient even without car and with small kids. Very cheap parking is just behind the house. The flat was big and very clean, beds are very comfortable and what is extremely nice in autumn - blankets were very warm, there was everything necessary. A great place to stay even for a longer periods.

The sewage smell throughout the apartment made it impossible to stay unless you were sleeping. Impossible to cook, eat or watching TV.
