How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The shower was too small in my room. I couldn’t move whilst in it.

Check in staff , Went to load my motorbike up at 9.30am and then go for a look around before checking out at 11am . Went back to my room at 10am . Staff had been in my room cleaned and changed bed for next guests !! I hadn’t handed key in or finished with the room😡

Great location in the centre of the city. Excellent value for money and perfect for anyone staying in Andorra La Vella. Clean and comfortable hotel.

I had a small single room with a facing onto an internal lightwell. Then again this was my choice so I can't blame the hotel for this.
Centrally located. Good breakfast for the grade of hotel. Comfortable lounge and bar area.

Nothing although a kettle in the rooms would be welcome!
Very welcoming hotel (especially Carlos). Perfect location on the edge of the town but very easy to walk to everything; close to the bus stops for buses to Lleida and Toulouse and to many restaurants and all the main sites. Also easy to get to local hiking routes.

Rooms lovely, clean, and modern. Most of staff very friendly / accommodating. No restaurant (but we knew this beforehand) so took advantage of excellent restaurants close by. Good / secure parking for motorcycles. Great location for town centre / shops, etc. Didn't sample breakfast as many great cafes close by.

The cord on the bathroom hair dryer was very short and made use of this difficult.
The hotel was well located, with very clean facilities. The staff were great - thanks Carlos and Americo, you were both so kind and helpful, and made our stay even better. Our rooms were made up nicely each day as well.

The only thing that drove me crazy were the water taps in bathroom as they were so counterintuitive and uncomfortable to use that I flooded the bathroom couple of times and burned myself too...
Very nice location, comfortable room but could be slightly bigger, very clean. Baby crib was solid and very comfy. Staff was super nice. We enjoyed breakfast but they could offer more healthy options (veggies).

There was only one tiny window but this was over a back alley and when it was opened unpleasant odours and noise from bathrooms of adjacent guests necessitated keeping the window closed. The air con was not operational until June so the room was horribly stuffy and too hot. They need to have air con available.
Great location for walking from bus station (once we found the elevators from the main street, not easy to find at first) and close to old town and town centre. Friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff. Clean, comfortable and well eqipped room.

Leaving aside Andorran specific challenges like parking, the room was extremely small, barely enough space to walk around the bed, HOWEVER they do have larger rooms. The room size wasn't clear on Booking - had I known, I would have paid for an upgrade!
I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room that clean! The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast was great. Location was very central and included underground parking. Would use again!

Room faced the street, so it was noisy up until really late at night.

The parking is 18 euro and trying to pull into the parking lot is incredibly difficult. Ask them if you can park on the first level. If I’m paying that much I don’t want to destroy my car in the process. The walls are very thin so we could hear the people next door drying their hair and talking at 6 am. There isn’t air conditioning and the pool is closed until at least April when we were there so you can’t even get a picture of the pool because it’s locked off. The staff was not pleasant to work with either.
It’s a good location for downtown walking around.
