Everything was perfect. Only thing -and it is out of the control of the hotel- is that the access by car is somewhat complicated due to traffic jam in the nearby area with the tram crossing…nothing they can do at the hotel

Very neat hotel with very good outdoor facilities and private beach access. The staff is very kind and helpful from check-in to check-out going out of their way to make your stay great. Particularly great were the personnel at reception, at the pool and at the breakfast. Good quality and choice for breakfast and very good and efficient service at the pool bar.

The rooms were comfortable. The view of the beach and the wheel from the balcony was amazing. The service was good. We had a nice taxi driver that took us to mosk on Friday for Jummuah and also to the airport on checkout . The concierge was helpful and took our bags from the room to the taxi . All staff members were so friendly.Everyone in the hotel had good soft skills. I also enjoyed the pool and the loungers to sit with the umbrella. I was happy we got free big towels to take for swimming.

We had a truly exceptional stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Dubai! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and comfortable. Our first room was bright and spacious, but I asked if we could move to a higher floor. The staff were incredibly accommodating—they changed our room free of charge and gave us a beautiful one on the 18th floor. On top of that, the new room included a kitchen and a washing machine, which were not part of our original booking. That was a very pleasant surprise! The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They took care of everything for us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location of the hotel is amazing—so convenient and beautiful that you don’t even feel like leaving the hotel. If you’ve been to Dubai before and don’t feel like going sightseeing again, this hotel offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The sea is just nearby, and the pool is fantastic. Thank you to the entire team at DoubleTree by Hilton for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The only let down was the charging facilities in the bedrooms. There were a distinct lack of plug sockets or usb ports with only one on one-side of the bedside table, which meant we had to make use of the plugs in the living rooms. Also it would be nice to have soft close cupboard doors in the bathrooms to prevent the loud sound of banging doors as they close.

The room was very spacious, we had two double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living and dining area, which was perfect for four ladies sharing. The hotel location was great for eating out and entertainment all on your doorstep.

It was spacious and situated in a very on-going area, it made it easier for us to travel to important places as well. Big shout out to Mr.Roufan for enhancing our stay at Hilton, he arranged food for our cruise and helped with numerous other things.

At times such as Friday nights the music can be overwhelming. Even with the balcony door shut and windows shut I could still hear the loud bass thumping. Just a little bit less bass would make all the difference (especially when considering the music started at like 12 noon and went on to midnight or later?). One of our sinks didnt drain properly and an engineer did try to fix it but the fix didnt last long. The day we arrived it was exceptionally hot and well above average (41c) and I had my nearly 80 yr old grandmother with me, I requested an early check in and wasnt granted it. Yes we arrived at like 11am but I feel some concession could've been made for the sake of my grandmother who was exhausted from an 7hr flight. Despite explaining this we were asked to wait, albeit politely til 2pm. There were no welcome cookies available at check in and we came twice within a week and they were still baking! They were delicious when we finally got them though.

The 3 bed sea view suite was beyond expectations. Thoughtfully set out to cater perfectly for 7 to 8 people (though for 8 youd need to request an extra bed at a cost). Exceptionally clean, breakfast is of high quality with variety. Pool was busy but pleasant. Views beyond words. Serene and peaceful. Loved that you could hear the poolside music on the balcony. Location is beach front so doesnt get better than that with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (though room service was delicious although it was a bit pricy too!) Id stay here again for sure and am already looking to book again.
