The service was excellent. We had an early checkout and the staff prepared a breakfast package and also help us with parking of our rental car during our trip to Valbone. The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality and service was something extra and we felt taken care of.

Almost everything was wonderful. But, we would have liked to have had a quilt or some kind of bed covering.

Ulanda was exceptional. Room was large and included a wrap around balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Slippers in the room were a nice addition. The bed was big and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Location was close to restaurants and fun nightlife.

Situated in a perfect location, particularly if travelling by bus. Drivers too have parking directly outside. Very comfortable room and bathroom has great shower and all toiletries. Room was cleaned every day. The staff on reception were superb, always smiling and willing to help with anything. There was a plate of fruits in the fridge and bottles of water which were replaced every day. Also, there was a kettle in the room which was unusual for Albania.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The hotel is located just steps from the center of Shkoder, providing everything you need. The room is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were extremely warm, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant team for their hospitality; they were always ready to help and ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay.

A brick column gave the large room a nice touch. Good location for trips to Komani Lake, since the bus stop at Rozafa Hotel is just around the corner. Very helpful staff at night helping with parking and tour booking.

Breakfast was varied and rich. I suggest that the hotel management extend the breakfast hours from 07.00 to 10.00 and install a coffee machine suitable for the large number of guests.

We loved everything

We loved our spacious room with fabulous city views. The staff were lovely. They did our washing for only 5 euro. The breakfast was really good/ even had a toaster! The reception staff, especially Jolanda snd Gladyss were outstanding! Efficient and very very friendly. We recommend this hotel. Great location and fabulous restaurants close by.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a car and the hotel offered free parking directly in front of the hotel monitor 24 hours by cameras.

There was honestly nothing I would complain about at the red bricks Hotel. My friend and I are still talking about how great it was.

This is one of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They could not do enough to help us and never tired of our questions, always happy to give advice. The room was just perfect. Clean, tasteful decor, everything I needed. The hotel has a lovely feel about it. The breakfast had so much variety and on a day we couldn’t be there for breakfast for staff were happy to pack us a special takeaway meal.

Amazingly helpful staff with excellent recommendations for dinner. we had a huge room in an excellent location for buses to Theth, Valbona, Tirana, Budva and more!! We left early in the morning and were given a great breakfast for our journey and they kept our luggage while we did the Valbona to Theth walk.

Perfect staff!! Nice and kind people who just want to help and answer every question and request. We went on an early morning trip and missed breakfast but the staff didn't give up and packed us a packed lunch. Abundant breakfast. Ida was lovely. She sent us fruit when we left the hotel. The location is excellent, the room is very large and clean with starlight on the ceiling. Very impressed! 10/10

Not sure if the bathroom was cleaned properly since we only got one really small towel and found some dirty flip flops in the bathroom. There were no doors or curtain on the shower so half the bathroom got wet when showering as well. The hairdrier was old and did not work properly.

Too noisy to sleep with windows open but aircon was good

Good location despite being in a roundabout. Got a large upgraded room, lovely staff and fantastic same day laundry service. Good breakfast, coffee machine and eggs to order but there was so much choice we couldn’t eat any more! Hotel coffee shops/bar has a lovely peaceful garden with reasonably priced coffee. A pleasure to escape the crowds. Bus stops are on surrounding streets including going to Montenegro. They were very accommodating when we wanted to change our booking for one less night at no additional charge

Great location - I arrived by bus from Podgorica and bus stop was 5 minutes walk away. Bus to Tirana left from opposite the hotel. Room was large, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff very helpful.
