If go do book DO NOT accept rooms 3 to 8 as your bed will feel as if it is in the middle of the road. We were looking forward to three nights of rest after being on the go for three weeks. Room 4( our first room )was the noisiest we have ever encountered in 30 years of travel. The manager said the "other" rooms were for one or two night stays and we could change after the first night. After onr hour of sleep we wasted half the next day sleeping in the new, quiet room. However, this one had no fridge and any food had to be thrown away. Very unfair to steer three night stays into noisey rooms. The rest was quite good.

The location was perfect—peaceful and very close to nature. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience even more special.

Stayed here last Feb 5-6, 2025 and I wish we stayed longer. The room is clean and nice. Staff is also friendly. We also stayed in room with balcony and it was snowing the whole day. We had so much fun.

My room was very good and the food I. the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I would also like to add that the ladies who worked in the dining room provided excellent service. Anhit in particular was very nice.

Freezing that time of the year.

Authentic old houses with modern interior design, parking space in the complex. We had some booking issue but the receptionist manager solved it with understanding. Great food experience for breakfast. Had also a joyful culinary time for dinner. And as a Tufenkian guest you receive a special discount for the restaurant. Would recommend wine tеsting with cheese selection just a couple of minutes of walk from Tufenkian - https://www.instagram.com/hovazwinerooms?igsh=MW5hcGdrbzRycWt0bQ== We did it before dinner and enjoyed a professional wine presentation.

Unfortunately one minor incident was troubling in the manner in which the receptionist handled it. I’m scared of dogs and there was a dog right outside my door. While I managed to enter my room, I asked the hotel to move/nudge the dog away in case I step on it when heading out. The receptionist at the time said that he didn’t want to disturb it. This was in the evening. When I confronted him the next morning saying if a guest makes such a request and it would be appreciated if he or someone else could act, he blamed the government for the dogs. The dog was on the hotel property right outside my door. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to move it. For the receptionist’s response at the end, I was a bit disappointed but otherwise it was a great stay.

It was a comfortable stay overall with a great location. The rooms were unique and the restaurant was very good. Great service at the restaurant as well!

The place is near communications, you can find both shops and eating places nearby. The restaurant food in the hotel was also very tasty and fresh. Thank you. Another topic is old rugs and carpets, old Armenian stuff. Thank you for saving and representing in a new way.

Too many tourists during the day, no feeling of privacy. A very heavy smell in the bathroom from the canalisation. It would be good to provide guests with shower gel, only shampoo is provided. Also would be good to have door tags "do not disturb" and "clean my room", instead of the staff calling and asking as to when the cleaning can be performed.

The breakfast was good, the view from the terrace is very nice. Although the hotel is situated on the road, it was very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and acomodating.

It was very hot in the room and the smell from the toilet wasn’t very pleasant.

The room was very tidy and comfortable. The view through the room windows or outside is absolutely breathtaking! Delicious breakfast and personel was very friendly. One of the best hotel experience. Really recommend.
