Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandRoom was a bit stuffy. The hotel puts a hold of 75euro deposit and cost of room on credit card on arrival. If you only have a debit card it leaves your account and on check out you pay the cost of the stay again. So we paid 525 on arrival and 450 on checkout for a 450 stay. The 525 has not been returned to bank account 24hours after checkout so make sure you have alot of money in your account if you dont have a credit card. Don't get stung like we did
Great hotel, lovely roof top bar and small spa area was a great addition. Beer, soft drink and water in mini bar without charge was nice

I had to go to the counter and ask for a menu and it still took forever to order. Then I was told I could only order pizza that time of the day. I went to neighborhood restaurants the remainder of my short stay.

We loved the room and facilities such as the sauna and steam room. Note that clothing is optional so do not be surprised to see naked people in the sauna. Great roof top bar.

We didn't like the first room that was given but they were kind enough to change our room. Location was great, walking distance to everywhere. Room was comfortable and even has a small kitchen. There is a lovely rooftop bar where they have different events on every day. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choice. We missed one breakfast but they allowed us to join the brunch group.
