Our room was on the 2nd floor and the sound of tram was quite loud in the morning.

It's a small hotel but good to stay for short time. Breakfast was nice with several options. The room was big enough for a standard room. Staff was very friendly, especially reception.

Apart from charging us 2€ for a small 500ml bottle of water, there was nothing to complain about. Once we found the supermarket close by, we got a 1.5ltr bottle for less than 1€.

The location was perfect, with the tram stop D just up the road. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and as luck would have it, they gave us a larger room than normal. Breakfast was reasonable as well.

Comfortable bed, rooms quite big ,really clean and excellent service at the reception. Breakfast very good ,everything was deliciius and fresh. Good connection to the city center around 25 minutes- possible via tram and U-bahn , the stops near to the hotel. We were asna group of 8 and booked 4 rooms. And I would like to mention that the communication with hotel is really smooth. Highly reccomend.

The free bottle of water is a nice touch, but I'd prefer still water, not sparkling. Overall, not a big deal.

I've used this hotel many times, because it's clean, comfortable, the rates are reasonable and the location convenient.

Far from city centre, but the reliable public transportation does compensate, so it is not that difficult to move around.

Location: Selected Calmo for being walking distance to House of Strauss -- that worked fine. Breakfast -- eating on the courtyard was nice; food was good. Staff: All were nice. Kaur Bhola was exceptionally helpful.

Nothing in specific, but the hotel is nothing special.

A simple, basic hotel that has the things you need, very close to the tram station that takes directly to the city center, so it’s comfortable in that regard. Nearby there are parkings for 4 eur and 7 eur per 24h. The breakfast is ok, enough options.

The absence of cattle, refrigerator, chairs at the room. It’s not understandable is it possible to get a tea, coffee at the dining room when you come after the walk. There is no any information and instructions. The bathroom is too tiny and uncomfortable.

Fresh and tasty breakfast that I definitely recommend taking. Location next to a tram stop (D line) and two metro stations nearby. Room is spacious, quite comfortable and very clean (cleaning done every day). I'd book this hotel again on my next stay in Vienna.

I had the most wonderful time at this charming hotel in a fantastic location! It's so close to the central station and the tram-train stations, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, which added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Although an additional ceiling light would have been a nice touch, everything else was just fantastic! The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was definitely a double thumbs-up experience! 👍👍
