The hotel WiFi blocked my webmail and my VPN. There is currently (April 24) a construction project going on in front of the hotel, so on work days there is noise if you are trying to sleep in. The room doesn't have a fridge or a tea/coffee making facilities.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, good value. Located very close to a café, a late night food takeaway, a short walk from a supermarket. Across the street from The Matzleinsdorfer Platz railway station and tram stop.

The only few gripes included: absence of refrigerator in apartment, loud children running around the corridors (infrequently), and unreliable hotel keys for access after 2200 (or the cut-off time set by the hotel - though this was diligently resolved on the spot, it did mean waiting around).

The hotel is situated ideally for a tourist: virtually next to a tube stop for all your public transport needs (30mins to centre), near a bustling high street for leisure, and closely proximal to restaurants and grocery shops. The apartment was spacious and clean!

strange smells. people smoking in the lounge area. one of the lights above the bed didn’t work, the water was leaking from the shower pipe. there was no hairdryer in the room despite it being advertised that there would be.

The receptionists were super sweet, especially the lady. She even helped us with ordering food, and asked us how the concert was, and got us a hairdryer. The property was really really good value for money considering it’s Vienna and it was directly opposite the tram/train station so we were able to get everywhere fast, the main station was only a 5 minute tram(?) away too. we were easily able to check in after 11pm also.

The room lacked basic amenities. No fridge, no tea/coffee, not even a kettle to boil some water. We had to run downstairs multiple times just to get some hot water and tea. It is also worth to mention the poor quality of the WiFi.

The hotel is very easy to reach. It is only one stop away from the central train station, therefore the connection to the city center (or the airport) is easily less than an hour away. The reception was very pleasant, we arrived 2–3 hours early but were offered an early check-in. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable for an overnight stay for the next day's flight.

TV only showed channels in German- couldn’t access Netflix or anything else. The bed was 2 single beds put together so there was a big dip in the bed.

The location of the hotel is very good since it's next to the stop "Matzleinsdorfer Platz" of public transportation, where you can get good connection to any direction in the city. It's surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets.

1.A nice small little fridge ( mini bar) in a room would be of great use, especially considering that there was SO MUCH SPACE in the room :D 2. Big bed with 2 small mattresses is not that comfortable..when having a crack between you and your loved one. One big mattress would make this bed AWESOME :))

The hotel is close to a railway station. We arrived late at night, and the communication with the hotel was absolutely without any problems. The main railway station is just 15 min walking distance.

everything was good.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Allegro. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is good and was super at new's years day. The hotel really did it's best to start 2024 with a 5 star breakfast with champagne. Although Hotel Allegro isnt in the centre of Vienna it has a trainstation within 100 meters that is one stop away from the central train station from where you can go anywere with train, metro, tram or bus. Hotel Allegro is good value for your money.
