there is no U line nearby and you need to take a bus or train which are no so convenient if you want to visit the centre. if you travel by car there is no parking place.

very big and comfortable room. the building is old but the rooms are ok. the room was clean. the place is difficult since you are a tourist and want to travel a lot in the city centre. the access from the airport is easy.

you wouldn’t expect such a nice hotel in this corner of Vienna. next time we’ll ask for a room not taking to ‘Gürtel’ (big circular road in Vienna around the inner districts), because there is a lot of traffic noise there. nice large rooms. simple clean. very good sanitary facilities. real value for money deal. very friendly staff.

The only think I did not like was WiFi. The signal is great but too much filtering on a traffic. Tried to connect via VPN to Holland to do some work - impossible...

My second stay in this hotel.. well if the first was bad I probably didn't return :) Clean, nice, almost in the center of the city with a good transport availability (railway, tram). Quite a lot of good places to eat near the hotel.

The fact that there is two small beds instead of a king size is a bit annoying, also there was a hole in one of the window curtains which we just found funny and the fact that there is a construction zone right out sight the window isnt ideal but i dont really think you guys have any power over that :p.

The furniture didn't look as new as on the pictures, but this didn't really bother me.

The receptionist was very nice, and I really liked that the front door could only be opened with a card, so only the guests can get in. Our room was much bigger than I expected. The central station was in a 20 min walk. I was a bit worried about the noise coming from the street, there was a construction ongoing next to the hotel, but I could sleep very well.

The only thing that was very disturbing was the soundproofing of the windows, I could hear absolutely everything that was going on outside and as a result - I didn't sleep at all.

The maids started trying to get in to the room from 8.10am even with a 12pm check out. I'd specifically choose that hotel for its checkout time and they tried to get in 9 times between 8.10am and 10.46am. The door buzzes each time they tried

The walls in the bathroom had descent cracks, so I believe that the building needs some renovation. Also there is a huge construction of U-Bahn near the hotel so finding it is not very simple.

I enjoyed that the room was quite big, also it was clean and had all the needed facilities. Location is not far away from the city centre and the staff was really nice.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel (so be prepared for this if you are on the first floor). The interiors are quite outdated and some could use a bit of work (particularly in the lobby area).

Great price considering the location in Vienna. The room was very big and spacious. The check-in was simple and easy. The room was overall quite clean.

There was no proper air conditioner. The one available is very old and doesn’t help when it’s hot. No proper food available. There are machines with snacks but you need coins to buy anything, I doubt everyone has coins all the time.

The lift stopped on level 4, and we had to carry our luggage to the 5th floor. Very noisy, the police sirens were very annoying mainly during the night and other transport noise. The place needs renovation and cleaning. The air-conditioning was very loud, we turn it down due to the noise, and then it would stop and restart all night long.

Well, if you want a cheap room, close to the city 2mins walk to the train station and only a place to crash at night, book this room otherwise find somewhere else. Will not stay again. Staff was helpful and nice

Here is the big big problem. The wifi for most of the 5 days did NOT work. The staff knew it was not right and they said they were working on it and they did not. So if you go with your own data service you will be all right I suppose. This is 2025 not 1995 and that problem should not exist. It is not a horrible hotel but that problem speaks volumes yes?

We stayed at the hotel for one night, in Vienna. The overnight stay was not very comfortable — there was a lot of noise and the sound of traffic during the night. The room was very hot, and we couldn’t manage to ventilate it properly. The air conditioner was very loud and barely cooled the room. The interior looked quite different from the photos.
