TurkeyWe stayed for 4 nights and left the hotel this morning. First of all, I must say that the hotel is in a perfect location. The tram and metro stop is right across from the hotel. You can easily reach everywhere. The rooms and bathroom are very large and comfortable and clean. The furniture seems a bit old, but it didn't matter to us anyway. There was no refrigerator in the room we stayed in, I don't know if it might be needed in the summer, but we didn't miss it at all. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Susanne Eder. She helped us with everything and even gave us information about where and what to eat. Thank you.

The hotel was great. We were always out and about sightseeing in Wien so not much time in the room except to sleep. Room was big for a European hotel room & exceptionally clean. Everything worked! Two twin beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were all outstanding, especially all the front desk staff. Special thanks to Lydia who very patiently checked us in late in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good. Great location very close to the Matzleinsdorfer station (only one stop to the Hauptbahnhoff). Restaurants & grocery stores close by. Highly recommended

Location - its very close to the local Tram so obviously, its in a very good location. Room - the room is in very good condition, things were maintained properly. The Bed, Bedsheets, Towels are maintained in proper way i.e. very clean ! TV is also in good condition with international channels. Breakfast - I did not get a chance to have it, early morning at 06.10 ... check-out !! Overall, its good room and hotel !

Breakfast can be little good with variety… continent food breakfast is good but not great very limited option and same menu every day… no justice to cost of 16€ / person for breakfast 3. No option to get milk for toddlers in the night around 10 AM

GreeceThe reception did not accept cash payments, only card, which was not clearly communicated in advance and could be inconvenient for some guests. The hotel itself is rather old and in need of renovation, including its furnishings and general equipment. Additionally, the blackout curtains were not very effective, so they could definitely use replacement.
I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience to be generally satisfactory. The room was quite spacious, which added a level of comfort, and the location is relatively close to a train station, which is convenient for getting around.
