Rooms are small and felt cramped for three persons - especially if you have large luggages, there will be almost no space on the floor after you open your luggages. The bathroom was also very small and there is barely any place to put your clothes and things in the bathroom - some hooks would have been appreciated.

Location of the hotel is very good - around 5 min walk to Votivkirche, 20 to 30 min walk to the Austrian Parliament building and MuseumQuartier, and 1 hour walk away from Belvedere Palace. There is the "D" tram which takes you to Belvedere Palace and the Vienna HBF (main train station) if you don't want to walk. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and made our stay a very pleasant one - she helped to bring an electric kettle and mugs to our room, and call a taxi for us. Breakfast was also pleasant - a nice variety of different breads, delicious coffee and breakfast foods.

The hotel is far from the train station and many of the main attractions. It was also difficult to get from one place to the other because there is not a a direct tram from the centre to the hotel.

The hotel has a nice breakfast and the room was clean. It was easy to locate and is close to many restaurants. It is in a safe area.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, everything is great. Check in was smooth, breakfast is fantastic. The only flaw was that typically, to have hot water, the shower tap must be turned left. For my room, it was the opposite. Getting assistance was a little difficult given that the help staff leaves at 6pm every day and I asked for the hotel to have it checked on the second morning but nothing was done. I had to go to the reception again to request for an immediate support on this. In other words, the error with the facility is minor, but the quality of support given is not desirable.

Parking was a bit challenging - but it worked out; had we been able to read German signs - it might have been easier.

I would have preferred to have a kettle in the room and some coffee/ tea saches to have a hot drink at night time. Also I think the curtains are a bit too clear as I was woken up at 6 am as soon as the sun would rise.

I liked the spacious room with the private bathroom. The bed was comfy and breakfast was included which was a plus. The location was great for an easy access to Vienna city centre and airport.

The interior of the rooms and the hotel corridors are old. There was a strong pungent odor of cooked onions in the corridors.

The major upside is the location. Very close to the city center and the U2Z tram line, amazingly connected. The included breakfast is adequate except for coffee. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Cannot complain at all - it was the cheapest stay in our trip, in the most expensive of the visited places. Everything was better than expected at this rate.

Great value for money, there is space for short-term parking (we came with a car) and you can get a parking permit per day at a great rate from the hotel. I was incorrectly booked (although we had a permit) and the hotel resolved it quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff, the breakfast is very good as well. Room is large (we had a family room). Not very warm, but decent to sleep in, which we needed it for anyway. Overall I doubt you can get more for your money in Vienna - at this rate it was fantastic!

Friendly staff. I enquired about a later check out and they made this work without extra charge. The location is good. about 10 min walk to the edge of city center. @ If you want to take the hoponhopoffbus: there's a stop at 5 minutes walk. the neighborhood is great, lots of restaurants around. look in the sidestreets! Definitely try Sagewerk, great food for a good price. Reacting to some other comments: I think they have made some improvements! -wifi in room was good! -breakfastlady was sweet, a little shy. She was helpful and if you start a conversation she is really friendly -was really clean -they provide an extension cord so you can charge your phone by your bed
