Our room could have been swept w we were there for a week and nobody swept the floor, even though we asked for our room to be cleaned

The room wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast was very poor - lot of options, but the quality of the food wasn't good. Flies where all around the cheese, wich was on the table uncovered. No fresh juice, only from a bottle, and it was warm. If you go there by car, the parking is very expensive 25 €/night, there is a parking house, just around the corner where the price is 4,50 €/night.

The hotel is in the outskirt of the city, but the location is very nice, the metro is just next to the entrance of the hotel and there is a small lake where you can swim. The room was nice and cozy, with very comfortable double bed, spacious bathroom and a comfortable coach in tbe livingroom. The brealfast place is nice with a terrace, and rhe coffee was good there.

Reception Staff are slightly ‘cold’ but informative. For a new building there are a lot of major dents on a lot of the internal walls.

Location is right next to U-Bahn, outdoor gym, Hoffer Supermarkt and a small man-made beach. Room TVs have a great range of channels and connectivity. Lots of storage space in room. Blockout curtains and electric roller shutters are a nice surprise. Windows can also be opened if needed.

The towels were not super clean, nor was the kitchenette completely clean but it didn’t bother us, really because we everything else about the room and building was perfect.

Great Staff, Location and Accommodation. Very close to the train station U2 line. It takes 30 mins max to get to the city centre.

1. Hallway on 15th floor very dirty, seriously cleaners can’t see that? 2. Breakfast was very expensive. 3. Location is far away. 4. We asked for iron 3x and didn’t get it.

The cleaning must be done a little bit better(dust everywhere, bathroom not so hygienic, soap bottles and napkins almost empty).

Modern pretty nice area wih a lake in front of the location and a little beach area. Great for bicycling around. underground and bus station right in front of the building. markets and also restaurants very close. Welcome minibar from the house.

Breakfast didnt refill well. Furniture had some wear. Aircon worked but was difficult to adjust.

The room was not as clean as I would expect - there is a black wall with lights behind the bed and every little dust is very visible. The bathroom could be cleaner as well (mirror, bateries). There was some used towel in the wadrobe. We had enough clean towels prepared for us, but this was not a nice surprise.

There is no designated stopping place for guest during unpacking and regisrtration. The hotel's parking is too expensive.

The breakfast is excellent.A particulary wide selection of everything,but a bit expensive.
