Not that any of these issues were a massive issue but bare in mind there is no air conditioning. It was mid September and although cooler than the summer month we found the room to be hot. I should think come summer this might get a bit uncomfortable. Our room window looked out on to a wall and nothing else. There was only one pillow per person but very flat. Seems to be the usual thing here in Austria. No extra pillows in the room. I guess I could have asked for extra but the first night was rather late and same again second night when we remembered. Again none of the above was a massive issue, just highlighting a few cons.

Proximity to Altstadt (old town) and the golden roof was fantastic. Literally a stroll away over the river. Quiet area in the evening during mid September when we visited. If you want secure parking then the hotel does have an underground parking area 80 metres away. We were travelling in a sport car so this was very handy and secure. Breakfast was usual continental breakfast. Lots of room to sit and eat. Bedroom was clean and acceptable. Windows had dark curtains so kept the room dark in the morning allowing you a longer sleep.

As it was warm weather we wanted to have our window open over night for fresh air, however the road noise outside was too much. An air conditioning unit was provided instead which worked fine.

Excellent location in close walking distance to the old town and transport.

Very nice hotel in the city center with own parking (which was super-convenient) and nice spacious rooms. Check-in was smooth, stuff was really nice. The bathroom was clean and big, with all necessities. We also had breakfast - various selection of salty (eggs, ham, cheese) and sweet food - yoghurt, cakes, cereals... Overall, it's the best value for money!

No airconditioning and parking space are small.

Nice big room with great shower. You can easily walk to the old town, so good central location. Staaf was great and helpful.

Some small variety in cooked breakfast items would be an improvement.] Bed was rather low. An easy chair is needed.

We happened to arrive on a hot day, and the room was like an oven. The fan we got wasn't helping much. Luckily, it did rain that day and we were able to cool down the room by keeping the windows open. It would be nice to have air conditioning in the future.

We were assigned to a room in a separated house, not far from the hotel. The room was rennovated, cozy, quiet, and not far from the city centre. Breakfast included. Good price compared to other hotels in the area. Friendly staff.

The mattresses wasn't great, sinking in the middle but with firm edges, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great, very close to the river and to the center of Innsbruck. Proximity to public transport. Very clean room in the annex building with underground parking easily accessible. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The room has no air conditioner. We had to sleep with our windows open. Also the TV in the room was not working.

Nice hotel, very clean, and a quick walk will get you to the old town section of Innsbruck. Room was bigger than most, and the breakfast was good with lots of options
