No air-conditioning and no fridge in the room. The breakfast was nice, but no gluten-free free pastry was provided even after a request.

The only objection I had is that it does not have air conditioning in the room, but that seems the norm in many places. There was a fan in the roo., we ask for a second one and the staff gave gave it to us and it made the difference. Overall the price and the quality it was a good overall experience. I would stay at the same place again. Best way to move to and from is via uber / taxi, that's my opinion, but there was a train station near by, but due to time constraints I did not bother using it.

No AC in the room, which wasn’t the best since it was 30C+ when I stayed there, no fridges in the rooms either. Staff leaves at 11pm which means if your card doesn’t work (and that happened 3 times in a 7 day stay) you’re stranded outside your room. Housekeeping do as they please, I used to put the card outside my room, but, they’d sometimes come in, clean the toilet only and leave the rest of the room untouched for some reason. I also think the pillows should be changed for ones that are a bit more comfortable.

Close to Schönbrunn Station (7-8min walk) and there’s a bus station right in front of the hotel. Supermarkets are a 10min walk from the hotel, but be aware, they’re all closed on Sundays. Hotel was very clean, and they use Rituals products in the toilets which was surprising. Also, there’s a kettle in the room and all front desk staff are very helpful, especially Téa!

i wish there was a mini fridge in the room as the vending machines didn't have much options so i would have liked to bring my own drinks and keep them cold in a fridge

the hotel is in a good location, room was good size and clean, didn't expect the room to be cleaned each day with new towels, beds were comfy, and the facilities were good. hotel was able to accommodate putting rooms close by and early check in and check out, process was smooth, and staff was helpful and friendly.

There was no air conditioning. And on that day it was quite sunny and hot. There was a nice big ventilator there but that was not enough to cool the room off. The next negative was that the balcony door was broken. It could not be opened nor closed. It was stuck with a small opening at the top with no way to fix it by yourself. We reported the issue to the staff; and I hope that the next visitors are enjoying a fully working balcony door by now.

The room was really nice, big and comfortable. Quite sunny and with a big balcony. But this leads me to the negative side. The location is quite practical with a tram stop just outside the door that leads you to the center and back.

Breakfast was quite basic and not a lot of variety if you are staying for more than a few days. There was smoked salmon though which was a nice touch

Hotel is a bit outside the main city centre which was not issue since there was a metro station a few metres away and some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We arrived around 11pm but we found the staff at the reception helpful and check-in and check out were very easy. Towels and bed were changed daily and room was quite spacious and modern. Safe and electric kettle were available.

The safe in the room was locked. I called the reception but they could not support to re-open it. The answer I got was that the previous guest closed it and the hotel cannot open it. This was not professional. Normally hotel management should be able to open the safe and make it available to use again. It was unusual.

* Location was very good. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus is in every 10 minutes and it takes you directly to the city center. Subway situation is 5 minutes walk. You can also use it. There are may supermarkets around the hotel (Höfer, Lidl, etc..). There is also a shopping street (Meidlinger Hauptstraße) closeby to the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in this street. * Breakfast was very good. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of egg (baked, omlette and sunny side), tomato, tea & coffee, cake, chocolates, musli, croissant, etc.... Many choice available. Only problem is that there is only one person looking after the breakfast area and when one thing is finished, it was taking time to refill it. * Tip: Try "Ristorante Al Teatro L'idea", which is very close to the hotel (3 bus stops). Very nice place for a nice dinner. Italian restaurant with lots of choice for sea food also.

The bathrooms: The bathrooms were smelly and overrun by mould and grime. All it takes to get rid of this is bleach and a good scrubbing brush. The rooms need a little touch up and the old decor just needs to go. They had a naked woman with a goat head and long horns adorning our bedroom wall. Our kids found that scary and I found it creepy.

Location is great. Many eateries, and grocery stores within walking distance. Also about 15mins drive to the touristic places.

Everything is great, very clean and comfortable room, you can get there by metro or bus. Very simple procedure of checking in and out. We stayed there for three days, they didn't clean the room, but we didn't care They have towels, kettle, cups, tea/coffee, hair dryer, some cosmetics. We're satisfied

Street got a bit noisy in the morning. But there also was a reconstruction on a building across the street from the hotel, so that may be because of that.
