There was no way to make the room completely dark, but the windows were covered okish

The room was very big and cozy. Big widows and comfy bed We were 3 persons in the room and they prepared the third bed with everything that was needed.

The cost was a bit too high for the provided level of services. The room thermostat did not appear to have any effect on the temperature.

No fridge in the room. Almost no place to put clothes, only a small portmanteau. Thin wall, you can here the neighbours. No connection with the reception (no phone).

Great location. Great breakfast, really fresh and delicios. Next to Schoenbrunn palace. Many public transport options. Friendly staff. The room was spacious. Bed was big and comfortable.

There was running only hot water in the shower, but we spent only one night, so we managed. I would suggest to add a body lotion in the bathroom.

Far away from the center.

Fantastic staff took care of us, answered our requests and were very pleasant. Triple A! The breakfast was great and varied. we were also offered fresh coffee at arrival - gratis. The room facilities are modern, practical and comfortable to use in a very specious room.

Hotel is on a busy street. We were on the first floor and it was loud at night but still fine. The bathroom situation is a bit weird, the window to the street is opposite the shower and the blinds do not offer much privacy.

Overall good. Breakfast was great and the room was well equipped and clean. Location is a bit far from the center. But it is well connected with buses and its in walking distance from schönbrunn. There are also restaurants close by.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and with their off-season pricing, and additional Genius discount from Booking.com, it was a wonderful deal, a very good quality-to-price ratio. The "deluxe double room" was spacious, with reasonably large desk and comfy chair, good enough to comfortably work with a laptop. The Wi-Fi Internet connection in the room was quite good and stable. The bathroom was large, and shower, in particular, was spacious and comfy even for quite a tall and large me. The room looked reasonably nice, modern, and clean; the daily cleaning looked fine; and the heating was good (once I figured out that I should open up the valves of heating batteries a bit more). The breakfast was great, not a huge selection of stuff, but a bit of everything and tasty for my taste. The area just around the hotel looked dull, and non-lively (though I haven't explored it much), but I believe there are a few restaurants / pubs nearby. On the bright side, it is within a walking distance from the Schonbrunn palace, and the Museum of Science and Technology. There are buses to/from the city center stopping just in front of the hotel (I got it once, the ride was ~30 mins, not counting for waiting); and a better option was the subway station within a short walk, I believe it was taking me just about ~20-30 mins to get from my room to the city center. Thus, overall I enjoyed my stay a lot, and it was definitely above my anticipations.

Parking is 5min walk away but it is very affordable for just 8eur for 24h in a big public garage.

Nice little hotel with basic but good breakfast and if you plan to visit Schönbrunn it is an excellent choice.
