Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. BrazilThe location is perfect to whom wants to stay close to Schönbrunn Palace. There are nice restaurants (I recomend the Grätzlheuriger on number 75 on the same street, nice food and service, with awesome cost benefit with a traditional austrian food menu) and markets around. If you go buy car, there are LOTS of places to park on the street not needing to pay for it (just be aware with blue parking zones and times). The cost benefit of the hotel is perfect as well. Good service, big, clean and confortable apartment. Fast internet. Had NO PROBLEM AT ALL! If I go to Wien again, I have a place to stay without thinking twice!

Czech RepublicBe careful which room category Booking offers you. We had to book two rooms because we have three children. One room was Deluxe, and the other was Standard. In the first room, the fan was not working, but it was replaced upon request. The second room, the Standard one, was awful. It was dirty and shabby, with broken and filthy furnishings. We stayed at this hotel for the second time, but next time we visit Vienna, we won't take the risk and will choose a different place. I do not recommend it.

DenmarkThis was one of the worst stays we had in Europe, having lived here for the last 12 years, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 1. The photos of the rooms are quite misleading and the room itself is very small. 2. we placed an order for a room with a deluxe double bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed could fit only one person and it was the worst thing anyone could ever sleep on, there were so many undulations and knots that my dad got a back sprain because of it. When we asked for help at the reception, their response was that all sofa beds in the other rooms were the same and they could offer 2 blankets to be placed on top to make it more comfortable. This actually made it worse, as the blankets kept moving each time one rolled on the bed. Our whole holiday was ruined because of sleepless nights. 3. There is no fridge in the room. Which 4 star hotel does not have a mini fridge in the room ? I think this 4 start rating is completely wrong and needs to be removed. 4. The small kettle that was there in the room needed to be connected to a socket below the table and one has to bend down and make coffee/ tea below the table as the length of the wire would not allow it to be placed on top. 5. The bathrooms had orange moist/fungus growing on its tiles and the hotel did not have the decency to place even a hand soap near the sink There was a bottle of children's soap/shampoo with its lid broken placed in the shower. It seemed like something someone forgot that was being reused. Pathetic!. 6. We did not have a clean the room sign in our room ( again how is this a 4 star hotel ) , so I made sure I wrote to them through booking.com and they even sent me a written confirmation that it will be cleaned but of course when we got back at the end of the day no cleaning was done. 7. No AC, stuffy room with 2 noisy/ dusty ventilators . My whole family has a dry cough for the last 3 days thanks to this ! Please stay away from this place.

Romania520 room is on the attic - small and dark. No central ceiling light, no light on entrance, most unconfortbale bed ever seen, cheap and broken furniture, sofas without bed sheets not prepared for guests, broken bulb lights, dark room without proper light, mobile AC with evacuation on an open window, damaged wall paint. This is not a 4 star hotel but 1 star. The reception looks bad with very poor tourist iinfo. Never come back again!
