Breakfast is too expensive and the location is a bit far. But as long as you get close to downtown price escalates. So we were fine with it.

Clean and well organized. Staff are nice and helpful. There's a pizza restaurant down below the hotel with reasonable prices.

I appreciated the willing of providing an AC system on a hot day and night, but the placement was not so useful, needing an open window for the hot air to be evacuated. Some unfinnished wall repairs. If I have had my tools, I could have given it a try.

The cleanliness, the outside architecture, confortable matresses, the thing that they provided us water and coffee, the fully equiped bathroom, the breakfast option. Very helpful to have a small refrigerator in the room. Good parking option on the payed parking lot.

There were damaged soap holders in the bathroom. I also found it funny to use soap bottles from rituals and then refill them with some cheaper soap. I would appreciate more sweet options for breakfast...not candies, but pancakes or something of that kind.

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was sufficient, the room was nice and clean. Personally , I found the bed very comfortable and the street was calm. We slept really well. The staff was helpful and they were doing their best. Location is also quite good, but I would honestly prefer to stay somewhere more central. Instead of a key you have code - that is very efficient and you don't have to be afraid of losing your hotel room key/card.

The location is great - just a short walk from Schönbrunn Palace and Schönbrunn metro station, and only one minute from bus stop 57А, which made getting around Vienna super easy. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was important for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – they even assisted me in printing train tickets after I had forgotten to do so in advance. It was also very convenient that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, so we could start exploring the city right away. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if there is a way to label the stored luggage, so it’s easier to identify which bag belongs to whom. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel door uses a 4 digit pin (at least for the room I stayed in), which is quite troublesome to type on the keypad. It would feel more safe and secure to have hotel card for the doors (and entrance)!

The stay was good with all essentials provided, spacious room and comfy bed. Breakfast was varied, with a lot of items!

“Cleaning is not done systematically; most often, the toilet floors are not cleaned. The bed is often not properly made. Cleaning is superficial. The cleaning staff is not very pleasant. I asked for shower gel repeatedly for a week. The reception had to give me small soaps as a temporary solution.”

Hotel first impression is not that good - the lobby is a bit sketchy looking. The rooms are a bit old, there were holes in the drapes. The coffemachine tends not to work There is a curfew after 10, need to access the hotel via passcode

We had to go up a flight of stairs leading to our room on the top floor as the lift stopped 1 floor below it. It was only an issue as we had heavy luggage. More options for salad would have made the breakfast perfect.

We could not access the accommodations that we had booked initially and were frantically trying to get a hotel, at night, in the cold weather. This was in March 2025. We came across this hotel in our online search and found that they had rooms available even at such short notice. We received a whatsapp message immediately from the hotel confirming the booking and welcoming us. It was such a huge relief for us, after trying to communicate unsuccessfully with the initial booking accommodations. The room was clean, warm and stocked with all the necessities. The staff were friendly and ever ready to assist! Breakfast was available at the hotel which was a great convenience. There were other eateries nearby as well as a bustop which connected us to the train network quite easily.

We were on the last floor, and it wasn't easy to sleep after 06-07 AM. It was getting very hot and sunny in the room. It needs an air conditioner.

It was easy to reach the hotel. There are two metro stations nearby. There was a delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel and rooms were very clean and smelled very good. Comfortable beds and enough space for everything in the room.

windows didn't close and no curtains on windows and first day code didn't work in hotel entrance we were stuck outside at night our floor doesn't have an elevator you had to take 1 floor on steps and we asked for an exchange as we had an infant

The hotel, the room—everything was great! I especially loved their breakfast, and the room was cleaned every day. The only thing to note is that you need to take the metro to get to the city center, but Austria has an excellent public transportation system, and the hotel is still relatively close to the center. Thanks a lot!

The hotel's location is close to the Schönbrunn metro station, and the city centre is easily accessible. The biggest advantage was the soundproofing and the quietness that we experienced during our stay. The bathroom's layout was nicely done with a nice water pressure, and the bed was comfortable and big enough.

It was a pleasant stay, and the location is great. Only a minute or 2 walk to the bus stop. All the receptionists throughout my stay were lively.

The room was nice for resting after long trips into the city, but it could have been a little bit more appealing.

The breakfast was decent but not cheap (if payed extra). I've mainly appreciated the location, as it was close enough to Schönbrunn palace and public transportation lines (bus and metro) and it was quiet enough for a good sleep.

I was excepting little better lift in four stared hotel .

Nana in breakfast was so helpful but we didn't find friendly ,professional or helpful receptionist during check in . Apart from that it was superb .
