Very small parking, there was no space for us therefore we had to park in a nearby parking in the city (about 10min walk). A bit inconvenient.

The room was dark. Could not open the window because the big bed was placed in front of it, and access to bed was also awkward.

It is a good hotel for the money paid. Staff was teriffic, helpful and kind. The location was also pretty good, 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the centre.

Morning staff was not very helpful with our locker problem, but after 2 hours waiting it got fixed. Other than that it was very good, and was a good price performance hotel.

Amazing breakfast, amazing room with some of private bathroom and toilet was the best thing. The location was very easy to spot and to navigate to and from city center by the assistance of google maps. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

A refrigerator might have been useful too. The hotel is about 4-5 stops with public transportation to the main attractions in the city center (5-10 min walking distance to tram or train), so someone can count about 15-20 min overall (or 40 min to more distant places like Schonbrunn), but this was not a problem for us and we knew that when we booked the hotel. However, when returning back late at night from a longer distance, this could be a bit challenging. I believe that the main photo of the hotel outside is not representative. The part of the hotel which belongs to this building is only the ground floor which is the breakfast area, while the main building with the rooms is the one right next to it, which is also there in some photos.

The hotel is in a nice area, outside of the city center but very close to it and to various transportation means. The breakfast was really nice, having everything we needed, in a modern, bright breakfast buffet room, with polite personnel. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom too (Deluxe double, with one additional bed for the kid). There was a coffee machine and tea inside the room. The receptionists were friendly and helped us by providing any information we needed, both before we arrive and during our stay.

There was no body lotion at the room, too few hangers for clothes in the closet, there was no iron, The breakfast menu selection is a bit poor and monotonous (as for 5 nights we stayed), while it was stated as 4 stars hotel.

The location of the hotel was a little far from the center of Vienna.
