Everything was amazing!! They even got me in early due to I was exhausted from my trip into Vienna. They went out of their way to get the room clean and ready!! Also, breakfast was delish!! The staff ALL of them were great. Specially Yusuf!!

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in dormitory part and it was amazing, clean and comfortable. Each two bunk beds had own bathrooms! Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of food and drinks.

I really believe that a minifridge is necessary in the rooms.

The Hotel is very clean, very close to the public transport, well organised and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very big and the breakfast is exceptional. We will come back here for sure next time.

The parking was 20 EUR per day and it was really narrow to get in and get out.

We were 4 people and the room was nice and cozy, the breakfast was perfect, different variety of food.

I think having more information about how to use Vienna’s public transport and information about tours would be an added asset

The variety of breakfast items was excellent. All staff at this hotel are very friendly, helpful & pleasant. Always ready to assist with any issues. This made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing really worth mentioning.

Staff at reception and at breakfast was outstanding. Professional and kind. Rarely seen somewhere else. We changed 2 rooms...a normal room and the studio with balcony. The room was a little bit tiny, but ok. The studio was great with a very comfortable bathroom. Location is perfect, round the corner is a tram station with good connections. The garage is small but was ok for us. Maybe a little bit difficult for really big SUVs or vans. Breakfast was tasty. We were pleased with our stay and would return again.

Our room in the first floor has a small balcony but face in the back, so there was no view. But it didn't make any difference for us

Nice, clean room with enough space for 4 persons, nice beds. Very nice bathroom. Room service was great. Breakfast was just perfect both in quality and quantity. Staff was polite and helpful. Also it is a nice spot both quiet and just 30 minutes walk from Innere Stadt. Many good cafes and restaurants in the area.

The only thing was the keycard not working every time we got back to the hotel, and having to go to reception. Other than that, amazing stay!

The environmental program (to not have the towels changed everyday) is not yet fully functioning, as we got ours changed 3 times in 4 nights despite not leaving them on the floor.

Easy to reach from city center with public transport, but also by walk (30min). Staff was friendly and the breakfast choice was great. A bar/restaurant and a Spar food market just around the corner.

H+ Hotel Vienna has a great location. Brilliant transportation links close at hand. Within east walking distance of trams, buses and trains. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Everything exceptionally clean. Very quiet at night ensuring a good nights sleep. Breakfast exceptional. Huge choice of things to eat, catering for all tastes. Good quality high speed internet available free of charge. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Vienna. High quality at an affordable price.

We were given glasses in the bathroom but ended up smashing one on the floor of the bathroom which could have caused an accident. We cleared up as much as we could and notified the front desk asking for someone to hoover the floor to be safe. This did not happen so we were careful until the next day when someone came in and cleaned the room.

Beautiful accommodation that was well kept and modern. Comfy bed and clean room.

The team at the reception desk, manager included, was the best ever staff we encouter on our many travels. Helpfull, professional and sincerely kind. We were in a studio at the 8th floor which we really liked. Room and bathroom and the whole hotel are very clean, breakfast was OK with helpfull staff. They are there at your disposal but almost unnoticable. The position is good too. There are nearby tram stations, few groceries and restaurants. The garage is small so maybe better to ask in advance, but at a very fair price for Vienna We would choose it again for our stay and we think the staff of this hotel should be a benchmark for others.

This hotel/hostel was way beyond any I had stayed in before. Even if travelling alone or in small groups, it is two people to a bathroom in the dorm rooms. A brilliant set up.

Anastasia was a very kind, attentive and helpful. Yosef was also quite a helpful hand. Overall good experience, not to mention the amazing breakfast, the vast choice. I would definitely recommend and return.
