Location is okay. Hotel is close to tram and metro stations, but you need a 20-25 min ride to the center.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. We parked in an alley near the hotel, the parking was free since it was weekend. Breakfast was superb, many options to choose from. All in all, great experience.

I was far from a where I wished to visit but that’s hardly the hotels fault!

The room was spacious with enough wardrobe for a week end stay. The bathroom was ok, the hairdryer was a welcome addition. The breakfast was ok.

Hotel was in an ideal location. About 10 mins walk to Tram and underground station. But also close enough to walk into centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable, so were able to advise best way to get to destinations we wanted to. Rooms were very impressive, lovely spacious bathroom, the shower was huge! Nice large comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in very nice and quiet position, there are few bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby. Also tram and U-bahn are very close so you can be in center really fast if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast is really good with fresh products. Rooms are clean, cosy and warm. Staff is professional, helpfull and really friendly. This is our second time here and we will for sure be back.

I would have preferred a normal room, it felt a bit odd to have a bathroom designed for wheelchair users.

I had a huge room with a little terrace, it was a room made to be used for people in a wheelchair, especially the bathroom, I found it a bit odd why I was given that room. Breakfast was really good lots of choices and friendly staff. The location is fine, very quiet room.

There were a lot of different foods at breakfast. I'm vegetarian and was able to find enough foods for me. The concierge in the morning and when we first checked in were able to help us with everything we needed, including accommodations.

Room was not wide enough to go around was not that easy - but for "just" staying overnight good enough.

Breakfast was simply great - wide selection of food, sufficient quantities, same with drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful whenever asked. Own parking (garage) I treat as advantage as well.

The staff without exception are a credit to this hotel . Couldn't do enough for us. We were allowed to check in early. Breakfast was lovely. Location is a bit out of the city but only 20 minutes on 37 or 38 tram .

The hotel was very cozy, clean, and beautiful. The views from our room were so beautiful 😍 The bathroom was very clean, with enough facilities, a big mirror, and perfect lighting. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of eggs, meats, yogurt, cheese, and vegetables 😋 I liked the most the bed and the bedsheets - comfortable.

At first we booked a shared room ( like a hostel ) the room was nice but we were looking for more privacity ( I think that the room description wasn´t very clear at the booking moment ) so people from the hotel change us paying a bit more. Bathroom smell a bit bad

The hotel was immaculate inside and out It was in a nice area of town and just to transport links into the centre of Vienna We were welcomed by the night reception and were quickly checked in We were on the 4th and there was a lift or stairs if you preferred The room had a well appointed ensuite with a great shower, it was super clean with nice towels and toiletries The room itself faced the road and although busy in the day quiet at night and didn't bother us It wasn't the largest room but it was very clean and adequate The bed and bedding was really lovely and comfortable and cosy Hanging space again very clean and tidy Complimentary bottles of water with a little Austrian chocolate was a nice touch. You are able to drink tap water so no need to buy bottled water Check out was at 12 noon, which was great and we were able to speak with the lovely efficient manager and she was able to extend our stay by an hour which was greatly appreciated Breakfast was in the breakfast room this was beautifully designed and layed out and very clean and tidy, with good seating The breakfast was very very good with a good selection of hot and cold food and beverages What really made this hotel was the staff who were so friendly efficient and helpful They are really a credit to the hotel

Parking garage is Public and is a bit away from hotel. However, is not much expensive and If you have a good weather it is fine.

They have few parking spots so you may not find one, but there is a parking lot sort of 1 bus station away which is incredibly cheap (8 Euro a day if I remember correctly).

The rooms were large, very clean and with modern furniture. The breakfast was very diverse and the breakfast hall has a nice view to the street. They even had lactose free milk, which for me was a huge plus. The staff was very helpful and prompt at all times. The location is close to the center. They give the classical fluffy shoes which is a cute bonus you more often find in a 5 star hotel. Great value for money.

There was no minibar in the room. This could be a desavantage. Not for me at the time.
