First of all, the included breakfast was such a delight! Second, the personnel was very helpful throughout our stay and recommended some activities that were very fun to do. Third, the « dorm » rooms are perfectly adequate since you have your own bathroom and you are pretty much isolated from the other rooms.

The Hotel is nice ! The breakfast is delicious ! I had little problem at the beginnen , the worker did not understand me well and made me pay another money . The next day the manager of the hotel resolved everything and for apologizing let me stay in a nice room . I really appreciate this. So definitely will return to this hotel . Thank you

We booked two beds in shared room where there were 10 beds in total. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found out we had private bathroom and our two beds were separated from the other beds. It was super cool, the staff was very nice and the breakfast yummy! I'd definitely book it again.

Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and modern. Beds were so comfortable too, overall I was very delighted. The breakfast was the best I had in hotel with such price, had so many options and the staff were refilling food all the time. We stayed only for one night in July, so we paid 5700 CZK (240€) for three people including breakfast, however we’d choose more affordable hotel if we’d stay longer in Vienna. Check-in took around 10-15 mins though, I think there was some technical problem and the staff could only use one computer. But we didn’t have any other issues in hotel, so I would definitely recommend staying there and I would choose it again! There was a garage in hotel but we parked on street besides the hotel, because it is free on the weekends. The streets around hotel are very quiet and it takes around 5 minutes to get to the nearest tram stop and a little further there’s a metro station.

Location was excellent... close to amenities and restaurants. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very friendly. I should tell that during one of the housekeeping day the lady that clean our room broke a perfume bottle. Next day I got a email from the manager telling me about the situation and asking me how to compensate us for that. They ended up giving us a free ride to the airport. We were very impressed for their honesty.

The breakfast could well be richer, for example the choices of cereals, bread, sweet spreads, and other components. In summer, in particular, it would be desirable to have a fridge in the room, to keep beverages cool during the night.

The geometry and internal architecture of the hotel rooms is really smart, they appear much more spacious even than they probably are. Very functional and clean design, it's a pleasure staying there. The rooms facing the inner courtyard enjoy a paradisiac silence, offering untroubled sleep.
