Clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly stuff and exceptional breakfast. The room cleaning was nice, the room was simple but comfortable and clean. The locality is perfect. Good part of town with lot of shops and services. Near tram line to city centre and metro line. If so will come back to Wien someday, we will definitely pick this hotel again. Good price/quality ratio too.

On last day of our stay we attended a morning concert that was ending past scheduled check out time. Since checkout time is until 12 we had to extend it to 3pm for what we were charged extra 30€.

Everything looks new and clean. Room was a bit tight but considering we just slept there it was fine. Breakfast is amazing and staff is nice and helpful. They have a hotel parking which is charged 20€ per day but they recommended us the nearby parking for just 6€ per day.

the location is not very central but i like the quiet neighbourhood. Also there are lots of restaurants around and grocery stores to buy some food. Can easily go to the central area via Tram.

With plenty of accommodation options, this hotel is good value for money, in what can be an expensive city. the key being broken was a pain however the staff were so friendly about it, it made it barely feel like an issue!!

this was the dream hotel! we stayed in the dorms and having stayed at many a hostel dorm I can safely say this was by far the best! me and my friend got our little nook to ourselves! complete with a private bathroom for the two of us, big comfy beds, under bed storage and locker space, a little bench to sit on and a common area at the end of the hall. the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were so helpful. Omar was one of the best workers I’ve ever met. Helpful, attentive and funny too which we loved! the key to our room was broken so we would have to get staff to come unlock the room each time. Omar and the other staff members did this with no hesitation and no complaint and really make all the difference.

The room is a bit on the small side and little bit too hot (although we tried to lower the thermostat as much as we can. Opening the window to cool down the room came with the unpleasantness of the street noise.

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the extras care offered to accommodate our little fury companion, our little dog, was exceptional, especially with the nice cozy dog bed and blanket, food an water bowls already in the room by the time we arrived.
