The room was a bit small and awkwardly furnished. Breakfast choice of food could be improved as we had the same selection every day.

I very much enjoyed staying at Hotel H+. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast staff in particular were outstanding. The hotel is clean and for my purposes was very well located close to my meeting place.

Some of the guests were so loud arriving late at night, leaving the light on in the room which can affect your sleeping since some of the bunk beds are side by side and hearing others is inevitable! It'll be good to apply some strict rules so the guests would be more considerate to keep the noise down.

I like how creative they were designing the rooms and the bunk beds, and surprisingly it was relatively comfortable considering we stayed in the dormitory of the hotel. Breakfasts was lovely and staff were kind and professional.

Bad location, unwelcoming front desk ladies who will ruin your day.

nothing and I say nothing because of the front desk ladies who has no idea how to welcome people. I arrived with a smile to find out a lady with no smile and kep saying Fffff Ffff for no reason. She called her manager to help but her manager is worse than her. She insisted that I give another credit card as a warranty because the card I gave her is not working for some reason. I have contacted my brother who is in dubai and took his card number but she said that sorry I need to see the card. She was looking at me in a way that made me feel am a thief or something. I was exhausted after a long trip but seems that in this hotel they don’t appreciate such things. As an advise, go to Ibis Style hotel. It’s amazing and even though it’s a 3 stars but they have treated me as a 5 start hotel. So welcoming people, super clean, very close to downtown, metro and tram stations nearby and above all they didn’t even make me wait for minutes and gave me the key and ask me to even pay the second day if I wish.

they advertised a room on booking.com with pictures, which in reality turned out to be a dormitory. I then had to upgrade to for a total of about €120. travelling to vienna all the time and for this money there are much better rooms in the city. also, i don´t like the misleading advertisement.

At check in we weren't told where/when breakfast is, we weren't told when check out is (out room cards were deactivated 1 hour before check out time, so we couldnt get into our room), the room looked clean, but we later found a piece of glas beside the bed, under the bed there was a lot of dust and other filth. The bed itself was okay, the bathroom also okay.

Parking on premise is small but at least it's available (20€/day)

We had a terrible sewage smell in our room the night we arrived - not the best first impression. The next day it was fixed but on day 3 it returned. There are no tea & coffee-making facilities in the room (although it mentions a kettle in a Superior Room). There is no fridge. We could hear people talking in the room next to us as well as elevator sounds. On the night we arrived we were welcomed by a Russian-speaking receptionist that talked to us not like a member of staff but like an old friend and even assumed our political views simply by the fact that we also speak Russian. He also continued speaking Russian even though my husband is British, so I had to translate everything for him. The overall ambience of the hotel/rooms is off and it's definitely not a 4-star hotel. It doesn't match the money we paid for it.

Even though we weren't entirely happy with our stay, there were some things that we loved. The beds were incredibly cosy and comfortable, and the aircon always worked. The room was facing a beautiful and quiet backyard. The majority of the staff is very welcoming and lovely, especially in the restaurant area - this really improved our impression of the hotel! Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was beautiful. There was a free water station near the reception. The location of hotel is close to trams that can take you to all major attractions.

The room was kind of small and weirdly shaped with very little furniture and much of it fixed in its places without the ability to move anything other a small coffee table

Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast hall was super nice. The facilities of the hotel a new. It's not a luxury hotel but it is quite modern and nice. They have that aromatized ventilation going which makes the place more upscale than it really is. Hte location is quite far from the city center proper but we didn't mind it because we had a car with us and wanted to stay further out to be able to keep the car in the street. Having said that, it's not really on the edge of the city either. It is located on a quiet street and I was able to find parking within a couple of mins/couple of blocks all three nights. Out room had 2 single beds but it felt like a train car - long and narrow and you couldn't really get to the window the way the room was configured. There was one small couch in the corner... so sitting around in the room was not really an option after we unpacked and sat our belongings around the room. Having said that, we didn't really intend to spend much time in the room, so... Toiletries were good and plentiful

Location is misleading marketing on booking.com is totally misleading. very inconvenient public transport from property. there very very basic options for vegetarian breakfast disappointing.

Two nights booked separately (different room categories were unavoidable) would have required a move between two rooms which could not be avoided. Lower category room was kept for two nights for practical reasons, extra rate paid for superior room was NOT refunded because the renunciation was "voluntary". Not quite OK. All in all priced at the higher end. Location is good, but not brilliant. No underground stop nearby, which makes it harder than expected to reach with luggage you have to carry. Hair dryer really difficult to handle as it's stuck to the power point. Very small desk. No fridge, no kettle.

Breakfast was good (not excellent though) and overall very good. The rooms have fundamental design problem! For example the comfy seating is right beneath the TV that you cannot watch TV if you're sitting on them! the power outlets were very few in the room.
