The mattress was not comfortable at all. The pillows were as thin as air. There was no refrigerator in the room. For the price paid, there should have been better quality.

The hotel staff at the reception was polite and ready to help. The breakfast was good, but it could have had more variety. The location was good.

Walls need painting, poor bed place with limited access to window partially covering day light, not even small bed table, very dirty chair should be cleaned or replaced, it was exchanged on our request. Definitely not 4 star place

Good breakfast till 11 on weekends, very silent rooms even from the street, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff.

However someone was smoking during the midnight and early morning around 5:30am. The smell came from my right top side, it made me sick and I had a terrible night sleep. I did reported this issue to the front desk when I checked out. The hotel seemed to have no idea if a customer didn’t obey the rules.

I stayed at the hostel part for one night. The facility was good, the bunk bed was comfortable. The breakfast had abundant food.

On the site is picture of room with everything, that double bed room should have, so we booked it and payed for it, but when we going to get into our room the clerk start to showing us new picture of bunk bed room with statement that there will be more people in the same room as I recall total 10. After initial shock I offer to pay additional money for normal room she says we don't have on disposal any more rooms. This kind of conducting business is at least unfair towards us the users of your services, so I will demand refund of the money

• I encountered a serious communication issue, as my reservation was canceled via Booking.com one day before my arrival due to non-payment. Initially, I spoke with the hotel over the phone, and they assured me there was no problem and that I could pay upon arrival. However, when I called again a few hours later, a different receptionist informed me that my reservation had been canceled and that I would need to make a new booking. The was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, which probably indicates defective plumbing or something. It was not a problem to keep the door to the bathroom shut, but the first night it was a bit unpleasant. The pillows were horrible, super flat, so that you had to fold the pillow for decent neck support. Breakfast was okay, functional, but barely. The location was not the best, relatively far from the main attractions and city center. Overall, the price was not entirely justified, in my opinion.

Overall, the hotel was nice and modern, albeit simple. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was of a decent size and very clean.
